About: Hi! I’m Meaghan, a 24 year old college student, and I’ve been working in veterinary medicine since 2022 as both a Veterinary Assistant and CSR. Through my work in vetmed, I’ve gained lots of hands-on experience caring for animals and understanding their individual needs, personalities, and routines. I have also helped my aunt with her dog-walking and drop-in pet care business, which has given me even more experience caring for dogs in their own homes and keeping them happy, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I absolutely love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own! I’m dependable, attentive, and always happy to give plenty of love, playtime, walks, and belly rubs. 🐾 I'm currently a full-time student and looking to fit in pet care inbetween commitments as I miss my day-to-day in vetmed. I provide dog walking and drop-in visits in your pet’s own home and neighborhood. I’ll always follow your instructions and your pet’s routine, keep doors and gates securely closed, and make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout every visit.

About: My name is Destiny and I grew up caring for large and small dogs and cats. I have hands-on experience raising puppies and kittens from birth through adulthood. As an adult, I continue to care for both cats and dogs, including adopted shelter cats and my own Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle. Both of my dogs are neutered, gentle and affectionate. My Standard Poodle loves to run and play and can be wonderfully bouncy, but he's also surprisingly nurturing and likes to make sure everyone is okay. My Labrador is basically Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh—a lovely potato who is particularly drawn to wee, scrappy dogs. I actively study canine behavior and learning. I train and participate in dog sports including obedience, scent work/nose work, agility, Barn Hunt and NASDA. I'm comfortable observing canine body language, following established training and management routines, providing enrichment, and adapting my approach to the individual dog. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy getting to know animals as individuals. I don't expect every dog or cat to immediately love me, and I don't force interaction. I believe comprehensive care starts with paying attention to what makes an animal feel safe, comfortable and understood. I work from home with a flexible schedule and control over my own hours, which gives me plenty of time to incorporate walks, play, enrichment, meals, potty breaks and companionship throughout the day. Our household is unusually quiet and relaxed. There are no children in the home, and my neighborhood is a peaceful residential area that's well suited to walks and downtime. Pets staying with me have opportunities for activity and engagement, but also plenty of time and space to settle, nap and simply relax. Because I'm home much of the day, pet care fits naturally into my routine rather than having to be squeezed in around a long commute or rigid work schedule. I believe pet care starts with understanding the *individual* animal. I take time to learn each pet's normal routine, temperament, preferences, training cues, feeding needs and anything that may make them uncomfortable or stressed. My approach is calm, patient and attentive. I don't force interactions, and I pay close attention to body language and changes in behavior. I follow owners' established routines and management instructions carefully because consistency can make being away from home much easier for a pet. My home is clean, quiet, child-free and low-stress, in a peaceful residential neighborhood. I want visiting pets to have a comfortable place where they can play and engage when they want to, but can also settle and rest without constant activity, noise or disruption. When caring for pets in their own homes, I bring the same approach: respect the animal's familiar environment, follow the household's routines carefully, communicate reliably with the owner, and leave things exactly as I found them.

About: I’ve taken care of multitude of animals, from old to young to sick to healthy. I’m my friends go to sitter, happy to help you. I work for the military fortunately my schedule is set in stone and I only work 6 hours a day and have weekends off so I’m readily available. I make sure every pet receives plenty of attention, fresh water, regular potty breaks, exercise, and lots of affection. I follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, routines, and any special needs your pet may have. About: Grew up in an environment surrounded by dogs and cats and have always loved caring for animals. I am reliable, attentive, and comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of affection to help pets feel at ease. Pet care fits well into my routine. I am completely free on Mondays. I work from home Wednesday and Friday, and am available after 430pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as on all day weekends. I enjoy spending time with animals and can provide dependable care, including walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of attention. About: I have been surrounded by cats since I was a baby. I currently have two cats and would love to take care of yours like it was mine! I was trying to make a cat only profile but I could not find the only option. I'm currently trying to build a playpen out of my garage to board cats only. Each cat will have a big size enclosure and have individual brakes to play and roam around the playpen by himself. I plan to keep them separate from other possible guest cats to avoid any physical confrontation. You can bring your own food, toys and bed. About: With two years of experience caring for dogs and cats since moving to California, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of pets of all sizes. Growing up with both small and large dogs, I’ve always had a love for animals. I recognize how important your furry friends are to your family and treat them with the same love and care as if they were my own. From puppies and kittens to senior pets, I’ve provided attentive care for animals of all ages. I am currently available on weekends and after 4:30 during the weekdays. While I work full time I still have been able to provide reliable care for those who relied on me. For pets in my own home I have a camera which I monitor whenever I am not with the pets even if I am just in a different section of the apartment. I crate my little one and whoever is in my care while I’m away to ensure they aren’t able to harm themselves. I am very attentive and very detail oriented and am easily able to determine when a pet is acting out of character to intervene appropriately and in a timely manner. For pets in your home the same rules apply to my attention to detail and care. I will go out of my way to ensure the safety of your fur family during your time away doing whatever it takes.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years. I also grew up in rural Oklahoma on a farm with many other animals, including dogs and cats. I love dogs and always worry when leaving my dog with anyone else. My philosophy is to treat someone else’s pet the way I would want my own pet to be treated and cared for. I will provide attention, pets, snuggles, walks playtime, and treats. Dogs are welcome to sleep next to me and my little dog and snuggle on the couch with us. I work full-time at an 8 to 5 type of job. Two days per week I go into the office for part of the day. My schedule is very flexible and I can work from home on different days when needed. I am off weekends and holidays. I will make sure your pet is safe is safe, cared for and loved. I take my own dog on walks to Pena Adobe and One Lake and around my gated apartment complex. My little dog is a white Maltipoo who is very sweet and friendly. Your dog will be safe and cared for with me. I can ensure regular feeding schedules, potty breaks and walks.

About: Some people innately connect with animals. Maybe this cannot be taught or learned. Even those animals who "don't like anyone" like me. It's a gift. Perhaps they can tell I'm a gentle giant and it makes them feel safe and protected. Whether cat or dog or some other creatures, I will lavish affection and attention on them (if they're into that). Or simply let them call the shots until they're ready to warm up a bit more. As a large, fit dude, I can manage even the strongest dogs, but I'm nimble and delicate with the smaller ones and cats. It comes naturally, and your pets will sense it. Summertime affords more flexibility for me as a teacher. I do have another PT gig currently on Tuesdays & Thursdays in the afternoons. But I'm mostly available the other 5 days for now, and am willing to spend time with your pets before and after shifts on days I work. For many years, I've cared for dozens of friends' pets. Long before Rover existed, I was a resident car provider in my community. Everyone knows I am reliable, professional, responsive, and flexible. Clean, sober, non-smoker.

My pets are on a twice a day feeding regiments, they get fed at 8:30-9am and then 6-6:30 pm. I follow however the client instructs me on how to feed them, I don’t mind just kibble or toppers beyond toppers to get them fed.
