About: I’ve had a lifelong passion for dogs, caring for all breeds—from hunting and herding dogs to big and small companions. My experience includes several years years where I drove transport and boarded dogs on their journey from shelters to loving homes. I particularly enjoy longer-term boarding for those involved in travel or disaster relief efforts. While I have a strong commitment to providing personalized care, I place no limits on boarding time, ensuring every pup feels at home with me. I am an artist with a home studio which opens out into the fenced in yard. This allows me to spend 24/7 with your pup. They are my priority while they are in my care. I structured my time around their needs. I have a fenced-in backyard perfect for playtime potty breaks and belly rubs on demand. Crates are available if needed along with toys, treats and dishes. Most dogs come with their own beds for emotional security although I can provide one. I can also give them any medications that are necessary.There will be plenty of opportunities for cuddles on the couch, car rides, walks around Lake Tomahawk and organic human grade snacks if allowed. If ever it’s necessaryI’m fortunate to have a mobile vet, inside the community who makes house calls right up the road. Living in the country on a quiet dirt road means there’s no traffic or noise, just peace and tranquility. In the spring and summer I keep the house open on to the deck.Your pet will love watching the plentiful squirrels and chipmunks from the screened-in porch portion of the deck, which keeps them safe and entertained when we're not in the studio or out and about. I will send daily photos and videos to you of your babies so you can see for yourself how they are doing. I only take one job at a time. With no other animals in the house, your pet will receive my undivided attention and care. Background check completed

About: I have always felt a special connection with dogs. I'm patient and attentive to their needs. I had a golden retriever for 13 years. I trained him as a puppy and he had a happy life. I love all dog breeds and I would be grateful to watch your dog(s). I have a flexible work schedule. I work from home 8:30am - 3:00pm on Monday - Friday.. but I'm able to do walks or drop-ins during the daytime as needed. Weekends I'm completely free. I will care for your dog(s) however you prefer and I follow instructions well. I will send you updates and photos while I'm caring for your dog(s). They will be walked, let-out, fed, played with, etc.. exactly how you would like.

“Rosko loves hanging out with Tammy and Riley, and especially loves playing in the pool! He does tippy tappy toes when we pull up to the house. When another dog was also going to be staying for the day, Tammy checked in with me that this would be okay for Rosko and would the dogs get along, definitely appreciated that. We get lots of photos and also report cards. It's a bit of an adventure getting there on a gravel road, Tammy provides detailed instructions. Highly recommend!”

About: I love animals! After having my daughter I opted to pet sit for friends instead of adopting another dog of my own, and it's been a great treat. Now I'm opening up my services to others! I have a great fenced in yard and will make sure your fur-baby gets regular walks around town. I've volunteered with shelters and rescue organizations, and been through a lot of training with my own dogs. I work from home, so am able to provide walks in the morning and evening, and potty breaks throughout the day. I am happy to follow any protocol for care. I am very attentive to pets and they will always be under my watchful eye! Even when outside. I am comfortable crating, or they can have free range in the house.

About: I have grown up an animal lover, and have lived with dogs all of my life. My family dog growing up was a Beagle Husky mix.😊 I currently live in a home in Hendersonville where I am temporarily unavailable to board pups, but am happy to house sit/stay overnight with your animal. I have a few local families whose pets I care for on a fairly consistent basis, and have experience caring for dogs of all ages/sizes. Would love to care for your sweet pup at any capacity.💗 I currently work Tuesday-Saturday, anywhere from 5 to 7 hours a day. I am usually gone from 11-6 on these days, but have a lot of scheduling flexibility! I would be happy to talk about your pets needs, and how I can best accommodate them. In clients homes’, I usually love to spend as much time with the pups as possible and make them feel included in whatever I may be doing. 😊 I always like to know their typical feeding & potty schedule as well as overall general preferences. About: First and foremost, I absolutely adore animals! Even as a kid, I would only accompany my mother to visit her friends, who had dogs or cats in their home. I appreciate, respect, and can relate to the bond humans have with their pets. They are very much family and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing your fur baby comfortable, relaxed, and content, in our home or yours, while you're away. We only board 2 dogs at a time, to ensure a quiet, calm, and more relaxing stay, and have a large fenced in backyard for playtime. Dogs staying with us must be house trained. We also have a cat, who loves to play with dogs, so to ensure his safety, any dogs boarding with us must be cat friendly. Some of my previous work experience includes 4 years as a veterinary assistant and I'm comfortable with administering medication, if needed. I have dog training experience and have even trained two of our own to become registered therapy dogs. Together, we serve our community by providing pet therapy in shelters for domestic violence victims, assisted living facilities, our local university, in elementary schools, and wherever she's needed. I currently work with German Shepherd Rescue organizations, assessing temperaments/behavior, conducting home visits, and fostering. We live near the airport, which makes it ideal for dropping off and picking up when traveling for work or going on vacation. Several of my clients leave their babies with us when leaving the country. In addition to dog sitting for many friends and family members over the years, I've also taken care of cats, horses, goats, and even iguanas! I can't wait to provide extra love, play time, and affection for your fur baby, too! I work from home and we have one dog and a cat. I closely supervise any dogs that are our guests here and can provide potty breaks as frequently as needed. Any pets staying with us are supervised inside and out. Our yard is large and fenced in, so it's a great place for play sessions. For drop in visits, I customize it to the owner's wishes and dog's needs.

About: I have taken care of pets as long as I can remeber. People ask me to help them with their pets all the time. Your pets are part of your family. I will treat them as the treasures they are. I am available every day from 7:30 am to 7 pm. With those hours it gives me a lot of time to keep your fur baby entertained and fed. I know that for my own clan of animals that I prefer to board them at home. I like to offer the same service to my clients. Kenneling at home keeps your pet comfortable in surroundings they are used to. I can swing by to feed them, walk them, and just keep them company at least twice a day.

About: I’ve always loved animals! At 9 years old, my sister and I passed out flyers in our neighborhood offering to take care of people’s pets while they were on vacation. That started me on a path of animal care that I’ve continued since. I’ve cared for many breeds and temperaments of dog, from Papillons to Pit bulls! I’ve yet to find one I didn’t adore. I’ve taken a handful of training and behavioral courses. I work from home and don't have a set schedule, which means I can cater my time to fit your pups needs! I am very flexible when it comes to bathroom breaks and walks. I’m not an overly active person so extra high energy dogs won’t be a great fit. I am in a house on 1.5 acres. It is not fenced in but we have plenty of yard to explore. Because I don't have a fence, I will not let your dog go off leash. Your pups are welcome, and in fact encouraged, to be on the couch with me. As well as sleep in bed with me if they prefer. I also have plenty of room for any size crates if your doggo prefers their own space. Bottom line, I want my home to feel like a second home for your fur babies!
