“Miranda is fabulous - she takes great care of our pup Milo and he has a wonderful time at her home. We did a meet and greet first and Miranda answered all of our (helicopter pawrent) questions and made us feel at ease with him in her care. He gets to play with other pups in a safely enclosed backyard, gets lots of exercise & socialization with other daycare pups as well as human attention. Milo is now a regular at Miranda's!”

8. Teresa A.

“Teresa was amazing with our GiGi! We were in from out of town and wanted to spend the day at the Biltmore. Teresa watched GiGi for the day. She was very flexible with our timing needs. She kept us updated with pictures of our dog during the day. We would definitely have Teresa watch our gig again!”

9. Nancy S.

“Jay and Nancy were possibly some of the nicest people I've ever had the privilege of meeting. My boyfriend and I found them last minute, since we decided to stay an extra day in NC while we were on a skiing vacation. They sent pictures update of them playing in their large yard with their two friendly dogs, and even took them on a nice long walk. We had never been in the area, and they gave us directions, advice on where to eat, and offered to show us hiking trails if we ever decide to visit again. I would absolutely bring my dogs here again. I couldn't of asked for better people to take care of my fur babies!”

10. Melissa K.

“Really easy to work with. Was able to help with doggy daycare on short notice.”

11. Stefanie H.

“Love! Stephanie was super sweet and understanding. She was incredibly accommodating with our schedule and able to wear out our two noisy hounds. Provided several photos of the dogs living their best lives. Would definitely use again, if she’ll have us!”

12. Vicky O.

“It was good having someone so close to where I’m staying. I completely trusted her with my girl Zoe. I only had to leave Zoe for 3 to 4 hours when I was working and it completely slipped my mind at rest. I highly recommend Vicki and will absolutely use her when I can again”

13. Jennifer H.

“Jennifer is just AMAZING!!! A true dog lover Hippie just walk away with her wagging his tail as he knew her! She went above and beyond with our beloved Senior doggie as he is needing some extra work and I’m tremendously thankful for that. She sent me pictures and updates constantly and that gave me peace of mind so we could enjoy our gateway trip to the fullest; also her home is really convenient if your going to spend the day at Gatlinburg and that is just a plus! If we go back, I will rebook with her in a heartbeat! Thank you Jennifer and Thank you Willow ?”

14. Lauren C.
“Seriously, pick Lauren as your pet sitter. You won't find someone who is more responsible or loves pets more. Lauren follows your instructions to the letter and is amazing at communicating with the owner. She is the one to trust with loving your fur baby as much as you do.”

About: I have been a dog owner my whole life and I pet sit regularly for friends and family. I have experience walking, transporting, and caring for dogs of all sizes from over 100 lbs to under 20 lbs and feel comfortable with all breeds. I do have a kitty, however he is used to having dogs in the house and gets along great with most. I work from home when I am not traveling. I occasionally have meetings locally, but usually I am not gone for more than 2 hours. I take my dog for regular walks, and he has lots of play time in my fenced in back yard. Pups are welcome to lounge on the couch for pets or be crated if that is preferred. I am fairly relaxed with rules but try to keep them from jumping up, and they have to sit for treats.

About: Please note before considering me: I do not accept any requests for dogs not friendly with other dogs. This is because I have two very friendly/happy pugs and one amazing golden retriever, who will need to participate in any all-day or overnight care I've had dogs my entire life and love all breeds, personalities, shapes, and sizes. I work from home, so they'll be in good hands! Again, your dog will need to be OK around with other dog for any overnight stays. I am flexible with your schedule, detail-oriented, and reliable. You will not be disappointed and your best friend will come home happy. Every day of the week is open! My husband and I work from home, so we are always here and take great care of our animals. We have a secure and fenced in property with tons of land to play and roam around in, including a dog splash pad and endless toys and affections to offer.

17. Kay H.

“Kay took great care of our two pups including pickup and drop off service. We will definitely work with her again!”

18. Chelsea L.
“Chelsea is the best dog mama around. I have known her all of her life and she has always been a loving, nurturing person. In fact, I think taking care of and loving others is what she has been called to do! She always puts others first, whether it is her beloved dog, Oliver, family member or friend, or even a complete stranger. Chelsea has a sweet and patient nature, as she spent 6 years as a special education teacher. If I needed someone to care for my pet, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Chelsea to do the job and I would be able to rest assured knowing my pet was in her caring hands. No brainer!”

19. Madison V.
About: Hello! I have been taking care of various animals (dogs, cats, rabbits) nearly my entire life! I have been a dog walker/sitter for others fur babies since I was in high school. I have experience with all different types of quirky personalities and health needs. I adopted my Nellie girl (cocker spaniel) in 2017 and she has not left my side since! We love staying active and she loves to cuddle. Nellie is comfortable around all friendly dogs and cats, and is always up for a game of tug of war. We added summit to the family last year and she is an absolute sweetheart. I currently work from home all through the week so I am available for plenty of walks, attention and playtime in the yard all day long. I have a large rural yard (no fence) and energetic pups to keep yours busy! Any dogs in my home has free rein of the house(couch, bed) but can easily be crated if desired. If preferred I have a spare room (I call the doggy room) for senior pups or dogs that just may need some alone time.

20. Cynthia R.
About: Since my youth I have gladly helped friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and referrals with all doggies, kitties, bunnies, and many other animals needs. Walks, medications, sitting, lots of love, and playtime. Myself and my Loona live in a house without a fence. Have lots of farm sitting/hand experience as well, so feel free to contact me about that service as well. I understand scheduled feed times, kennel time, playtime…. I am here to help both you and your pet! My pup Loona gets 24/7 lovings! I live in a beautiful mountain house that is shaded and fun to explore. I do have a job in AVL (3 days a week) although I am not opposed to the needs and wishes of the client as far as needing to kennel, food portioning, length of walk time, etc. Animals are just as individualistic as humans and deserve lots of love and care, as well as sticking to routine. That keeps both your pet stress low while you are away, and as the fur parent knowing they are happy and well looked after.
