He was welcomed in and comforted immediately with special attention given to his personality and individual needs. He was allowed to be his usual self, something a boarding facility lacks, and for that I am grateful. Everyday I received an update and picture. I was also quite impressed that he had an additional ID tag on his collar for safety. The home is a very warm environment with a great backyard. There is a lot of love to animals here and I would recommend Nancy and Jay to all. We will be using them again in the future! Cheers!”
