About: Never have I been without a pet. Life is nothing without the love and companionship of a pet. I am a lover of all animals, but dogs hold my heart. I do work full time at a veterinary office as a care coordinator. I am looking to offer weekend care, and may, possibly expand hours/days in the future. I live on a 1.5 acre. I have a small, fenced in yard 10 x 30. Am able to leash walk on the property, and live on a back road which is perfect for leash walking.

About: I am a professional horse trainer and the manager of a horse boarding stable so I am a full time pet care professional . I am available to assist locally with your pet care needs. I am a recreational runner and would be happy to take your pets out for a leisurely jog to keep their fitness in tune. Animal care is my profession so I have a good eye and an intuitive nature when it comes to assessing a pets needs and requests. I am patient and playful and will enjoy a game of fetch or tug of war to entertain your furry friends. I’m happy to help with any of your animal and pet care needs. Her set-up, both indoors and out, is terrific...and so safe. And she sent us pics throughout the day. She even made some VERY helpful training suggestions. It was Boo's first time away from home and he clearly had a great day...and so did we, knowing the kind of care he was getting.”

“Andrea is a beautiful, intelligent and compassionate professional. She cares about the animals she looks after while 'pet parents' are away. She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. Andrea also understands the complexities of rescue animals, and will work with you so all are informed and kept in safe environments that nourish everyone's positive potential. “Elenor went above and beyond while watching our chihuahua, Boone. She was extremely responsive, sent us pictures, and gave us updates throughout his stay. Boone was given lots of outside time to enjoy the beautiful weather and was taken on walks each day. We loved that Elenor also made a point to have us meet with her before his stay, to further acclimate him. I would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was a child. Both my immediate family and extended family have always had at least one dog in the house at all times! I have always been happy to walk, play with, and snuggle all the sweet babies! I have attended dog first aid training, so I hope you would feel safe leaving your darlings in my care! I work full time, but often work from home. On days that I do work in the office, I’m only 10 minutes away, so can easily pop home to check in! If I have a client who needs full time attention, I can adjust my schedule to work from home while they’re in my care! I’m available weekends and weekdays after 4 pm for walking/drop ins! I have one dog who loves all other animals, and will happily keep your baby company! I have a large yard, currently not fenced, but I do have temporary fencing I can put up as needed. I have a crate available for pups up to 80 lbs. Whatever special care your baby needs, I’m happy to oblige! All animals are family and deserve to be spoiled!
