“Bob took wonderful care of my puppy Trixie. I was so nervous to leave her with someone new because she is a very cautious pup, but Bob made me feel much more comfortable during our meet and greet (where he served me the most delicious cup of coffee). He told me about his extensive background with dogs and showed Trixie and me around. He was very calm and sweet with Trixie. After her 4-day stay with Bob, she came home happy and well-cared for. About: I grew up with all different types of animals my whole life. I have been a dog mom for 13 years. I am great at walking dogs who have aggression towards other dogs, I know how to find a calm route to take and distract them before conflict arises! I recently lost my 90 lb alapaha blue blood bulldog mix to a terminal illness and am looking forward to spending time with other people's dogs. I am a self employed artist, volunteer, and executive director of a free store that I physically staff on Saturdays, so I have a very flexible schedule. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues.
