It was incredibly stressful to not be home during an emergency, but Renee went above and beyond to get our pets and keep them until the danger had passed. She stayed in contact with us the whole time, and sent tons of photos and videos. She also brought in our mail anytime she came to our apartment! I really cannot say enough praise about her: thank you Renee for taking such good care of our beloved critters. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes her job caring for them very seriously.”
