About: I am trained in Fear-Free and worked at an animal shelter for 3 years. You can rely on me to give medicine and provide typical daily care such as ear cleaning and nail trimming if desired. In addition, I will walk your pet as needed and provide socialization and enrichment. I am a mom of 2 dogs and 4 cats in addition to my own children. My furbabies are always taken care of as soon as I wake in the morning and multiple times throughout the day. I have high expectations for the care of my own pets that I will carry over into the care of any pets in my care. I make an excellent house/petsitter due to my experience with and love for animals and my tidy and loving personality! ** I charge $45 / night for 1-6 night house stays, but have a sliding scale for longer sits (negotiable at the time of request). I am open to traveling farther distances for 1+ week sits. I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. I’m happy with staying overnight for housesitting or sharing my home for boarding! I have the utmost care and respect for my clients pets and homes and treat them as if they were my own. About: My family has had pets all during my childhood, so from a very young age I developed a love for animals. I easily bond with all types of animals, and truly enjoy being around them and caring for them. I love to play games inside, but also time out doors is very important, especially for dogs. About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was the age of six and I have a great way and love with them . My schedule varies weekly as I have a college retention student job and I get off pretty late but I’m very flexible. I can always work around getting your pet taken care of! I care for them with love and with their necessities as needed on a daily bases whether it’s taking them out for a walk twice a day or feeding them twice a day as well or any extra care like giving them their meds as needed as well.
