We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and she even brought one of her dogs to make sure Honey would be comfortable since she can be a little reactive around other dogs. Just before our trip, Honey unexpectedly needed stitches and had to wear a cone while taking medication every 12 hours. Le’Quitta didn’t hesitate—she happily took on the extra care, administered Honey’s medications, and gave us complete peace of mind so we could still enjoy our weekend away. Throughout Honey’s stay, Le’Quitta sent frequent updates and photos, and it was obvious Honey was having the best time playing with the other dogs. “I couldn't be happier with Stacey and the way she cared for my Gonzo. I am always apprehensive leaving Gonzo with someone new, and I've never left him with a sitter who had dogs bigger than he is. But Stacey just loved on Gonzo and made him feel safe and comfortable in her home. He had full access to her huge fenced in yard, a private room for when he wanted alone time, and he spent most of the day on Stacey's heels, or cuddled up next to her on the sofa. Stacey keep me posted daily with photos and little tidbits of info that made me feel comfortable that he was doing just fine for the 4 days we were away. The thing that impressed me most was that on the day we arrived to pick Gonzo up and take him home, while we were packing up his belongings, he leaped up onto Stacey's lap.
