About: I’ve never understood why chihuahuas loved me so much until I realized how much people don’t respect the boundaries of such small creatures. So much so, they feel the need to be aggressive and defend themselves! I know a good amount about dogs and dogs breeds, how different breeds have different needs and will strive to meet the needs of your fur-baby! I am a full-time Master’s student, but my classes are on weekends only. I have many things to read so overnights would likely be spent playing with your fur-baby before I get some reading done for my degree. Some have needed medication and lots of walks, some just needed a friend, I love doing anything/everything. I do not currently own any pets and would love to be outside and more active. About: Hi! My name is Cathy, and ever since I was a little kid, I have had a huge fascination and connection with animals, specifically dogs. As a younging I'd spend my free time researching dog breeds for fun, and before I was old enough to work on Rover, I I hung up fliers advertising my own dog walking business. Since I love dogs so much, I have heaps of experience walking and pet sitting all kinds of dogs. From my late large dog, Quiver, a Flat-coated Retriever, to a medium sized Australian Shepard, to a Miniature Schnauzer. I will dedicate 100% of my attention and time to making sure your dog is always happy and healthy! I have years of experience caring for senior dogs. When I heard about my dog’s disease prognosis, I began hand cooking him meals chock full of cancer-fighting vegetables and supplements in addition to his dry food. This included (as seen in my photos) sweet potatoes, red cabbage, broccoli, turmeric, fish oil, mushroom powder, etc. The vet had projected he would only live another 2 months, with my care and the change of his food, he lived and loved over 2 more years! So if your dog has a special diet, do not hesitate to let me know. I am currently a student who mainly works from home so I have plenty of time and a wide open schedule to care for your precious pets. My house is smoke free, pet safe and pet friendly. Victoria was wonderful! I have two cats who are usually very shy around new people, but they were comfortable around her. She took pictures every time she came over, and from the very first day, she had the shy cats interacting and playing with her. She was communicative throughout and took excellent care of things, including giving photo updates on how much they’d eaten. I would definitely book her again in the future.
We had Meghan caring for our two cats for 26 DAYS when we were in Europe and she did an amazing Job with their food and litter boxes and our older cat's medication - Both cats are clean and happy and healthy and we are very pleased with her love and care for them.
