About: I grew up with dogs and have helped potty train them. I love to cuddle and play with dogs. An added bonus is my son who is 14 loves dogs. They will be able to give all the kisses if that's their thing. I work from home so they will always have company and also have the availability to go out when needed. I stay in a quite neighborhood with sidewalks so when we go on walks they will be safe. Pets will have access to the whole home. No worries. There are no toxic plants or other toxic products that they will be able to get into. This will be a nice safe haven, like a second home to them.

About: We are a dog friendly family ! We love animals, and we have a lovely Golden Retriever ourselves. Shes very friendly and gets along with any type of dog. We’re home everyday, and my wife is a stay at home wife, so your pet will always be under supervision. I work full time, but I am home every night. My wife is at home with our kid and dog. Your furry friend will be administered 24/7. We have a large backyard with plenty of space for your furry friend. Also have a large basement for your furry friend to run around and play for when it’s rainy outside.

About: I love dogs and recently lost my Whoodle after 13 years. I have had dogs for most of my adult life including a Bichon Frise, Whoodle, and a Doberman mix. I am good with senior dogs and puppies. I crate trained my last two dogs until they were 2 years old. I have dog sat for numerous family members and friends.. I have dog bowls, leashes, lots of toys and just need some cool dogs to hang out with :-) I am mainly looking to care for dogs on long weekends right now because I am back to working in office several days a week. I will be able to ensure the longest your dog will be left alone will be 4 hours. I have a large yard but not fenced in so I will be taking them out on a leash in the yard and for walks. I also have a park at the end of my street. I can do crate trained dogs but you would need to bring their crate. I do allow dogs on the couch and in the bed. I took care of a blind Bichon with diabetes for 3 years so I can care for older blind or deaf dogs and can administer insulin or other meds if needed.

About: I work from home (so I am almost always available)! Since I spend a lot of time sitting down in front of a screen, I also have plenty of energy to exercise with your dog. Im not scared of poop; I used to work as a barback, cleaning up after drunk people. I have been living with animals since I was 6 years old. I understand the emotional and physical needs your of your pets. There are also many neighborhood dogs in my area; your dog will have a blast. For your information, I do have a roommate that smokes but our house has a rule that you can only smoke outside. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to let me know. I am very flexible to meet wants and needs of clients. I look forward to working with you! I may get busy for work for an hour or two at a time but I generally have time to get up and go for walks, play, and generally tend to dog needs. I pay attention to them. Give positive stimulants to support continued good behavior. And I make sure they have plenty of time out doors .

Phase 1 – Introduction An in-person or virtual meet-and-greet where the owner and I determine if care is a good fit. Phase 2 – Initial Care Day Often the hardest transition for the pet, but made easier for both the owner and me through successful meet-and-greets Phase 3 – Companionship This stage focuses on building rapport with the pet through bonding activities. Each day includes at least 30 minutes and three activities (e.g., walks, toys, fetch, petting, treats, and rewards). Phase 4 – Integration (for boarding or multi-day visits) At this stage, the pet becomes part of the daily routine and begins to see me as their temporary caregiver. Phase 5 – Reunion The happiest moment—when the pet reunites with their owner. Their excitement and expressions are truly priceless.

About: Must love dogs! I have a 9 month old golden retriever that loves to play with other dogs. My dogs name is Carmelo (Melo) and his favorite spot to go to is any type of fair for people or Keego harbor for a fun hike and swim. I like playing fetch with dogs, teaching them new tricks and going on runs! I know all the cool/ fun parks in the Southfield and Farmington area! I have had mostly large dogs my entire life, but love all breeds and sizes. I work full-time from home as an accountant for a firm in downtown Detroit and am wanting to do this mostly for fun and for extra income. I am openly available on weekends and available on weekday mornings and nights to hang out with your pup. I work from home and will be available during the day for pet care needs. I have a pup of my own that I care for as well and will treat yours like my own. We live in a quiet neighborhood in Southfield with a large backyard for the pups to play in. Inside the house we have pet friendly furniture for them to rest.

About: I’ve had many dogs of my own. My mom bought my first dog when I was 10 and my family and I experienced taking care of dogs over the years. We’ve experienced pregnant dogs, puppies, older dogs with arthritis, and much more. Just recently, I had the opportunity to dog sit my cousin’s husky Bella for a few months and I enjoyed it very much! I currently work part-time. The good thing about my job is that I don’t work long hours and my job is literally 5 mins from my home where your due baby will be. 3 days out of the 7 days of week I do not work and the other 4 days I only work up to 6 hours so I do have some free time to tend to your fur baby. No fenced in backyard however, in the even that your dog/puppy runs lose, my neighborhood is very friendly and familiar with who’s pet is who’s and they will try their hardest to return your fur baby.

About: Hello! I have been working with all type of animals since I was 13 years old. I grew up in a home that encouraged love for animals. My mom, sister, and I used to rehabilitate baby foxes, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and different types of birds. I was a full time dog sitter for a few years. Since going away to college, I wasn't able to work as much. I graduated from CMU in 2020 and spent 3 years working for United Wholesale Mortgage. Now I am fully self employeed and work from home as a pet sitter and a mortgage broker. I would love to take care of your adorable pets! At any given time, I usually have 2-3 dogs I’m taking care of. If you are not comfortable having your pet around other pets, unfortunately we will not be a good fit.
