About: I’ve always loved animals since a little girl. I attended MSU for veterinary technician. I’m a pet owner (morkie) as well. I’ll care for your animals as if they are my own! I am current self-employed; so I set my own schedule. I am pretty much flexible as long as it’s scheduled in a timely manner. I’m great at multitasking. I have a fenced yard; there is a park down the street from my home that I walk my own dog to. My neighborhood is very friendly with pets as well.

Katie K.

“Katie accepted a pretty last minute request to watch my dog Monty for 5-6 hours in her home. I felt comfortable leaving him there knowing that she’s a dog person and has lots of experience taking care of dogs. She was so great with my VERY energetic lab with some naughty tendencies ? Monty came home very tired!”

George K.

“Thank you George!! Koda had a wonderful time at your Doggy Day Care! That was his first time being away from us & I was nervous & I think Koda was too! But when we met you, you made both of us feel very comfortable & at ease! Koda will be back!!”

Nadine & Mark W.

“Nadine and Mark go above and beyond for our puppy. They truly care about Mercedes and treat her like their own dog. She goes for walks, they play with her, they talk to her and love her as if she were their own. Thank you so much!”

Sarai S.

“Sarai is great. The dogs love her. She's a sweetheart.”

Brit W.
“Brit watched my Boston terrier last weekend! The amount of updates, pictures, and videos she sent of my dog . He looked like he had the time of his life! He was spoiled with walks through the nature trail and around my neighborhood. Brit also did a good job following rules, and keeping my dog on a good feeding & potty schedule. I’d recommend Brit to watch my dog again! Braxton says thanks 🐶”

Sheila L.

“Sheila was quick to respond, and offered our dog Indie a truly wonderful stay. Would highly recommend to all!”

Kerri R.
“Kerri is awesome! She’s great with communication and my Lola just loves her…she’s very attentive to detail and consults with us for any questions…I just love her interaction with the pups. I would definitely recommend her”

“Carla is one of the fabulous host I have seen. Swift response, updates with photos and videos overwhelmed me. Thanks Carla, for taking care of Ariya, in such a short time. Highly recommended.”

Rohit S.

“I can not thank Rohit enough for helping us out ! We had a house fire and needed young dog care right away-trying to find care during a holiday weekend!! He was our hero for Beaux and could not have gone back to work, at a hotel-without him❤️?”

Bridget C.
“Bridget does an amazing job with my 2 JRT’s! She has watched them a few times now and is very reliable. She’s taken them on walks, played with them in the yard and has even helped with some training! She also sends photos which I love!”

Meggan L.
“Meggan is very good at caring both for her dog and for those of people she is dogsitting for. She is very responsible, does a great job of keeping them on their usual schedule.”

Morgan D.
“Morgan was great to work with. Our dog went there for the first time for a half day of daycare. She was very content when we picked her up and we could tell she was in good hands. Will be using her again.”

Isaiah C.
“Isaiah is an experienced dog sitter and house sitter. He knows how to handle large breeds, active dogs, and even senior dogs. I have a special needs Boston terrier who's not a fan of new people. Isaiah was able to get my dog warmed up and comfortable. When I came back from vacation it was like he didn't want him to leave. Isaiah sent me updates and followed his medicine and feeding schedule. I never had to worry about my dog as he sent lots of pictures as well. I would book him again.”

Whitney & Brandyn O.

“Whitney & Brandyn did a great job taking care of our bloodhound Prada. Prada seemed right at home with their dogs and she slept very well after she got home that evening. Thank you!”

Amy K.

“I scheduled a meet & greet the day prior to doggie daycare and upon meeting Amy, her husband Kyle and their sweet dog, Vern, I knew they were the perfect people to look after my new puppy, Monty! Amy instantly took to Monty and so did Vern. Monty is a small little guy at just 9 weeks old but he and Vern were fast friends. They took such great care of Monty that I booked for the next day, as well, as I needed more help watching him so I could travel for work. Amy sent pictures and videos throughout the day and Monty came home with a new bandana. She even made him his own felt toys to play with during this time there. I’d recommend Amy to anyone!”

Kellie K.
About: I have grown up as a kid with dogs and cats, now taking care of 2 of my own! Tucker is a 3 year old chocolate lab who loves to play. Chief is our 4 year old indoor cat and he loves to sit in the sun. I currently have a flexible full time job working from home and would love to discuss options that you may need as far as sitting, boarding or even a play time visit. I have a small home with a double lot to play, although my yard is not fenced. A crate can be provided. I also know the stress of making sure your pup/kitten is not left alone for long periods of time and that is why I am here to help.

About: Notice: I require proof of a current rabies vaccine prior to booking. Your fur baby will receive the same love and care as my own. I've always had dogs and cats in my life and I have experience with all kinds of breeds, including pit bulls, retrievers, and terriers. I can accommodate most dogs, but I cannot board dogs who have a high prey drive. I require a Meet & Greet before your first booking. I live in a typical Detroit-area brick ranch with a fenced backyard (privacy fence against a chain link). I never leave dogs outside when I'm away from home and although the yard is fenced, I supervise and play with my guest dogs when they're outside. Please send me a request if you are interested in booking. I'd love to set up a "meet & greet"! Thanks for considering the Howliday Inn! Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover my whole life. I've owned a Springer spaniel, two Labrador retrievers, and an American bulldog. I have experience with many breeds and can handle just about any dog. I've hosted everything from teeny little 7-pound terriers to a 150 pound Newfoundland. I no longer have a dog of my own, so dog sitting lets me be a dog mom a few days at a time. About my yard I have a typical suburban Detroit backyard - fenced on all sides with a gated driveway. I have a large deck on the back of the house and a small/medium grassy area. Although my yard is fenced, I never leave my guest dogs unattended while they're outside. My experience in administering medication I have only administered oral medication. My main job is pet sitting and walking, so your baby will receive lots of love and attention from me. Please see my schedule for availability. I ask pet parents about routines and feeding schedules. In my home, I use a baby gate to keep dogs from escaping out of open doors. My back yard is fenced and I supervise dogs when they go outside. I have a large crate for dogs who need to be crated when left alone or for dogs who are comforted by being crated. I only use a crate for dogs who use them at home. When I’m house sitting, I take a similar approach, but I also double-check the home is secure when I leave.

Kaylee T.
“Kaylee is an outgoing loving person with a strong love for canines of all types. She puts a lot of care and attention into making sure pups feel loved. It’s easy to notice because dogs always tend to gravitate towards her.”

Tully Ann W.

“Tully Ann and Kobe are exceptional people who genuinely love dogs and it shows! We had to get a last second booking and they were so kind to take us. Their dog, Rico is the most wonderful dog-host and befriended my 3 big dogs immediately. I was worried because my youngest pup can be anxious around new dogs, and 3 dogs can be a lot to handle, but Rico and his pawrents made them all feel completely welcome and happy from the first second we stepped out of the car. My pups and I couldn't be happier and they can't wait to play with their new best friend again.”
