“Bradley communicated well, sent many pictures and ensured our pup was well cared for. We appreciated meeting before the drop off for the dogs to get acquainted. We will certainly use Bradley again when visiting St. Joe.”

“Hanna was absolutely fantastic with my 2 dogs! She was attentive to all of my requests as a dog parent, she sent constant picture updates of them having fun, and she returned them to me in wonderful spirits and cleaner than before. For anyone in need of a dog sitter, look no further. She is a reliable and wonderful caretaker.”

I provide a safe, loving environment and follow each pet’s routine, including feeding, potty breaks, playtime, exercise, and lots of attention to keep them comfortable and happy.
“My Buddy had such an amazing time with Emily & Ryan and their 2 fur babies! They were so kind and accommodating when I had to bump the time up for our meet and greet. I believe we have found Buddy a new home away from home!!! Thanks again guys you are amazing and I can’t wait to bring him back :).”

“Debbie watched my dogs for three weeks while I was in the middle of moving out of state. My older dog wasn’t doing well, and my younger dog has tons of energy—I didn’t want to stress either of them with all the commotion of the move. Debbie is such an amazing sitter. She took them for several walks a day around the beautiful lake near her home and along some great neighborhood trails. Freya absolutely loved it there. When Odin started getting sick, she didn’t hesitate to help—she took him to the vet for me and cared for my sweet boy until I was able to pick him up a few days later. I’m so grateful for the love and attention she gave my fur babies. Thank you so much, Debbie. You are truly amazing. I highly recommend this sitter!”
“Leigh Anne did a wonderful job with our dogs, they were healthy and happy and loved when we picked them up. If we have occasion to need boarding again she will be our first call.”

“Very kind and welcoming. Really showed they cared for and enjoyed our nervous little dog. Everything went well, and we got just the right amount of pics while gone. Highly recommend!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Benton Harbor
Our high energy sweetheart can be overstimulated if the people around her don't know how to interact with her, but she did great with Alydia! We were traveling to visit family and we were nervous about leaving our dog with someone new, but we didn't have a thing to worry about! Alydia asked all the right questions and our dog loved being with her. Will definitely book her again when we're in the area. Thanks so much!

Enzo always has such a great time at Summer’s house! He gets ample exercise, running around the yard with Finn but also out on walks with Summer and her dogs. Summer takes care of Enzo like her own. She’s always so communicative and raises any concerns if she notices behavior is off. I ended up getting stuck for an extra day out of town due to weather and summer was gracious enough to keep Enzo for an extra day. I feel completely at ease when out of town having Enzo stay with summer!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
