About: I love pets! My friends and family call me the pet whisperer! I have a lot of experience ranging from little baby kittens to elderly dogs. I have great attention to detail, and take extra care in getting to know the pets. Whether they are easygoing, or more temperamental, I am up for the job! About: I've grown up with large dogs my whole life-7 in total- from puppies to adulthood! I'm often called over by friends and family to take care of their dogs and cats since high school. I didn't grow up with cats but I we recently rescued two and I love them to death. We've trained each of our dogs since they were puppies. I've personally cared for many elderly dogs (my own, as well as petsitting) and have also owned a dog with a neurologic disability who would often fall ill and get fevers, and now I'm well acquainted with spotting the signs. I worked in pet boarding for nearly 2 years and I did everything from bathing, being a daycare technician, and diligently scrubbing kennels. I worked with all kinds of dogs and cats, young and old, friendly and not ao friendly. I also have experience with taking care of Rabbits, Bearded Dragons, and Ball Pythons. I have a very flexible work schedule and I can let dogs out throughout the day at any time. I prefer to house sit if the house is further away to make feeding and letting out easier. I only use a 2 finger "touch" when correcting a dog, and I'm well trained to prevent dog fights (or "arguments") and how to break them up. I worked 1.5 years full-time in dog daycare/boarding, so I'm well acquainted with dog body language and appropriate dog training.

About: I’ve trained and taken care of my own dogs including becoming a therapy dog team with my current dog, Jonas. I love “reading” dogs and responding to their needs. I dog sit in my home and also offer dog sitting services to guests at my Airbnb on-site. Currently I am using a walker and am awaiting hip replacement surgery. As part of my schedule of care, I do two walks per day and I practice training after each exercise session. I offer lots of variety in activities and it’s a safe place to have fun and play! I have reliable transportation and will be able to adjust to any schedule needed. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I do walk to the beach every day. I also have a carriage that I walk my kitten in if that is needed.
