About: Hello! I’m Tara, and animals have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, and horses, and I competed in eventing through my mid-twenties—so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. My significant other, Mike, and I work together as a team to provide attentive, 1:1 in-home boarding with plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection. I’m happy to accommodate special routines and needs (senior care, medications, shy/anxious pups, or high-energy dogs who need extra play and structure). Tell me what helps your dog feel safest and happiest, and we’ll tailor their care to match. I work in childcare part time and Mike is a gig worker with a very flexible schedule. We work together to give your dog the benefit of in person care. Regular business hours are preferred but not mandatory. We strived to meet your dog care needs and requirements while giving your babies all the love and attention they deserve. We may ask a lot of questions but the more we know, the better we can customize the care for your dog. We have a nice size yard with. We also have a large deck for lounging.
