About: I've been around cats and dogs of various sizes and personalities since I was very young. I have pet- and house-sat for friends and family for many years now, and it is a genuine joy to spoil their pets rotten. I have owned and pet-sat senior dogs and cats many times, and I have a decent amount of experience with oral medication. I get along great with pets of all kinds of temperaments—shy, excited, grumpy, calm, anxious—and I am not afraid to sit for pets with "difficult" temperaments, just let me know beforehand. I am an at-home writer and content creator, so I have flexible hours and can work from anywhere with an internet connection. I am my own boss, so I can easily cater to your schedule. As a proud introvert and work-from-home writer, I would spend the majority of my time with your pets at your home in a quiet, calm environment. I can easily follow instructions about your pets' normal routines while giving them lots of snuggles and pets, so they can stay loved and cared for without interruption.

About: I have previously volunteered at a rescue for 10 years. I have fostered many animals for the rescue and kept some of those as well. I can handle almost anything. I've also had my fair share of special needs animals, so I'm comfortable handling pets whose needs are out of the ordinary. I've also worked with and owned most types of animals ranging from a few weeks old to 20+ years, so I can provide care to very young or very old animals. I just graduated college and am currently between jobs, so I am at home working on my fixer-upper apartment all day. My schedule is entirely flexible! I will be available almost all waking hours of the day. I can stop in on your schedule to provide care and walks, or just stay over to give the pets round the clock care. I will make sure that your pet stays happy and healthy while in my care!

About: I have been responsible for caring for my neighbors, friends, and families pets for years. They have relied on me to care for their pets while out of town and working! This includes dogs with all kinds of energy levels and different needs! I work full time but I do have an hour lunch which would allow me to care for your pets during the day as well as before and after work! I have experience walking dogs with various energy levels and experience walking on leash. I also have experience with reactive dogs and the extra caution required!

About: I love caring for dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I’m patient with dogs of all sizes and personalities and always follow feeding schedules, provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention so every dog feels at home. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most days of the week, including weekends. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, and playtime throughout the day. I’m happy to work with different schedules and last-minute bookings whenever possible I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Since I don’t have a fenced yard, I take dogs on regular walks for exercise, potty breaks, and fresh air. About: I’ve had dogs and cats around me for most of my life, from growing-up on a farm in Maryland to working large animal husbandry at the Virginia Tech Veterinary School to sharing a 1-bedroom studio with two cats in Roanoke City, and I’ve always loved all animals. All! Right now, I have one dog and three cats of my own, and they are very much part of my family. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats with different personalities and needs. I work 4 days a week as an RN but that means my daily availability fluctuates each week to help provide the best care for your pets. I keep doors and gates secured, always leash dogs before heading out, and stay alert to each pet’s comfort and body language. I lock up when I leave and send photo updates so you know everyone’s safe and happy.

About: I have experience with multiple cats and dogs alike. I have two dogs of my own and two kitties and I understand what its like to have fur babies and how close they become to you. I work during the weekdays but have open availability all weekend long and in the evenings, I can drop by early mornings and in the evenings if needed during the week. About: I have about 5 years of experience caring for dogs and cats professionally. I also have some experience caring for guinea pigs, rabbits, and chinchillas. I have worked at doggie daycare facilities/vet clinics, grooming salons, and an animal shelter.
