“Carter was patient with Dutch and let him get comfortable when we got there. He stayed in contact with me while I was gone and was flexible when my return plans were disrupted by bad weather. I would recommend Carter when boarding a dog that does better when around others, both 2 and 4 legged.”

“Elizabeth was great with my two dogs. Very welcoming of my dogs into her family and home. Gave my younger dog 1/1 attention when he needed it. Sent pictures and videos of my dogs. Wonderful experience and wonderful family!”

About: Hi, I'm Rick and have been around dogs most of my life. Growing up, I always had at least one dog and most of the time some cats. I had a short petless period after the kids graduated from high school. However, it wasn't long until I got a young, exuberant black lab. I spent hours on the dock throwing sticks for her and watching her launch off the end. Unfortunately, I lost her to cancer. I have since retired. Ten years ago, I was lucky enough to get Banjo, a collie/lab/poodle mix (colabradoolde). Banjo and I attended multiple obedience schools, and he and I are now a certified therapy team. He and I volunteer twice a week at the hospital and other places around town. Banjo and I are also a certified BARC team (Bemidji Area Reading Dogs) and he's an AKC Good Citizen. He is a gentle, submissive gentleman who gets along well with other dogs once he gets to know them. He's 10 1/2 years old. I'm retired so have time to care for your dog. I have one dog, who gets along with well with people and other dogs. When I care for your dog, I will be home the whole time and treat him/her like family. I have a fenced yard for play and trails in my woods to take walks. I will not allow your dog to be unleashed in an area that is not fenced.
About: I have had a dog in my household my whole life, and now have my own that I solely take care of. I understand the struggle of working full time and having to leave your pets alone, I want to be able to ease that worry for you with my services. I currently work part time 4 days a week, so I will have time to work around that schedule. I also have my own dog to take care of, but if you are okay with your dog going on walks and socializing with mine than I have plenty of time to take care of your dog too! I have one friendly dog at home who would love to go on walks or to the dog park with your dog! She is very social with other dogs and does well at gauging how another pup is willing to play with her.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. My experience with most animals is pretty well. I use stern commands and also make sure that the pets that I take care of feel like they’re right at home. I am a full time teacher and on the weekends I bartend. I make sure that my dog gets well taken care of during the week by walking her before work or after work. I make sure that she gets played, fed and walked. I make sure my dog is well taken care of and I abide by whatever the client expects from me. Trust is huge in being able to care of someone’s precious baby.
