About: I have had/cared for dogs my entire life. I dog sit for multiple families frequently throughout the year. My dog is my baby and gets along great with other dogs! If time permits I would do a meet and grey beforehand so our dogs could have dog play dates together. I also understand the necessity of burning off energy. Your dog is my family! Walking and playing fetch are dog care necessities. I am a full time college student who also nannies. I will be available during the day until late afternoon because of work. I only have class 2 nights a week so your pups will get plenty of quality time and bonding with me! I am also comfortable with cats or any other pets! I currently work as an Athletic Trainer at a highschool which can make my schedule a little tricky but I do my best to be transparent about this with bookings and help find what works for both of us! If it doesn’t work out schedule wise, no worries at all! I believe all animals are family and should be treated as such. All animals deserve a loving home which I will extend to them while their humans are away as I would my own pets.

About: Hello, my name is Jonathan. I have recently retired from the US Army after 27 years of service. We are only a 14 minute commute to the Orlando International Air Port and within 2 miles of getting you back onto the toll road!! We have a VERY large fenced in yard to keep your dog safe and secure. We do not crate our dogs, but we have extra crates if needed. If allowed, your dog(s) may swim in our pool with our own 3 German Shorthaired pointers! If not, they can be safely kept away! Love all sizes of dogs! A little about me - After retired recently from the Army, I’m now a “stay at home dad”. I'm a huge animal lover and our dogs are very social! I enjoy dog sitting as I get to constantly meet new dogs and ours get new playmates. We allow our pets on our furniture, so please let me know if you do not. This way we can reinforce your rules. Rest assured they will have a wonderful time while here! We are a family of three. My wife, Jenny is a registered nurse and our daughter, Juliana who is age 13. I/we can give your dog that one-on-one time or socialization with my own dogs. Lots of outdoor play time, cuddles, and potty breaks! Safety, trust, and environment - I have a large fenced in yard for this area with plenty of grass and shady areas. We do not take your dog(s) for walks as I feel it's safer to keep them in a controlled setting. It's what I would prefer if someone were to sit for our "fur children." I have 3 GSPs that love to run and play with other dogs and our backyard offers MORE room than most dog parks! Check out my gallery to see our yard, pool, and shaded areas. Trust they will get PLENTY of exercise while here, LOL! My dogs do not stay in crates during the day. We do however have crates available if needed. We normally feed our 3 together in the same room, but when boarding we do separate our furry guest. Don't worry, they'll be accompanied by one of us during feeding time. I make sure to plan around my bookings so your pup’s routine always comes first. Your dog will have someone who is present, reliable, and fully available to care for them. When I care for a pet, I don’t see them as “just a dog.” I see them as a member of the family, just like I would treat a younger sibling. That mindset guides everything I do. In the morning, feeding them is my first priority, just as I’d make sure any family member eats. I also make sure they get outside for bathroom breaks right away, because their comfort always comes first. I genuinely enjoy being outside, no matter the weather, and I love taking dogs on walks. Fresh air and movement are a gift, so I make sure each pup gets regular walks, bathroom breaks, and plenty of time outdoors. When a dog signals that they need to go out, whether they walk to the door, ring a bell, or give me a look, I don’t make them wait. I respond right away. I keep each dog’s routine consistent, especially feeding times and potty schedules, because structure helps them feel safe. When we’re out walking, I sometimes take different routes so they can experience new sights and smells. I never walk dogs off-leash outside of fenced areas for safety reasons, both for the dog and others around us. At home, I like to include dogs in what I’m doing throughout the day. I don’t believe in locking them away unless absolutely necessary. If I’m cleaning, folding clothes, or moving around the house, I let them follow me so they feel involved, loved, and part of my world. I also have a secure patio play space where dogs can run around freely while staying safe. My goal is always to make every dog feel cared for, seen, safe, and appreciated, like they are truly part of the family while they’re with me.

I am in freelance, so I make my own daily and weekly schedule most of the time. I am able to work around my other jobs to meet your pets when you need. About: Besides taking care of my own precious miniature schnauzer growing up, I have looked over dogs for several families for the past 10+ years with services including boarding, walks, visits and doggy day care for all kinds of breeds. I had to be inactive on rover for a couple of years due to moving but happy to be back! I have also worked as a receptionist/assistant at a Veterinary clinic where I interacted and looked over many different breeds that passed through or stayed over night. During this time I also learned a lot about how to assist dogs with medical issues and important signs of needing urgent care. I have a deep love for all kinds of animals, dogs (& cats!) especially, and would be more than happy to take care of your furry friends just as I would my own! I am more than happy to answer any questions that you may have and will always make sure your dog is happy, comfortable, and well looked after :) I can adjust my schedule to their wake up/meal times as well. On the weekends, I can take them out to dog friendly spaces if that is something they enjoy 😊 Before any stay, I make sure everything is set up for your pup’s arrival and try to make them as comfortable as possible. I have a dog gate to prevent them from getting out or from going anywhere I can’t keep an eye on them. For stays or visits, I don’t take any dog out off leash for walks and I make sure to put on their leash securely before opening the door. If they will be left alone for any reason, I will generally place them in their crate for their safety unless you are comfortable with them being out. I currently work part time and am usually home all day on Mondays and Fridays, and most of the day on weekends. I'm able to adjust my schedule to accommodate your pets routine better and would also be able to take them with me sometimes!
