About: I've had dogs since I can remember. My fiancé watched dogs in the past with rover and I would always help. Take the dogs to the park on my days off, play outside, and train them when needed. I am currently on veterans disability so I can focus my whole day to your furry friend. No worry about being stuck in all day. I have 5 acres of yard for them to play on. I have lots of space if needed, room for crates, room outside. Plenty of space so your furry friend won't feel trapped. My animals mind their own.

5. Tayana A.

6. Alexis S.
“My husband and I travel almost every week, and while we would love to take our dogs with us on all of our adventures, we are unable to. When I met Alexis, she Informed me about her two dogs, and told me how she would love to watch my dogs for me while my husband and I were out of town. I’m very nervous about letting people watch my animals, but I was never that way when Alexis was over. She would update me daily on my animals and let me know if there were any issues. She has always been available, and has never let us down. I give the highest recommendation for Alexis, and have all of the confidence in the world that she will take great care of your animals. Best regards, Megan”

7. Kelly R.

15. Emily B.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was seven years old. My family had two kittens that I cared for and I was responsible for pet sitting other fur babies in the neighborhood growing up. I also attended many animal science/nature camps growing up, it’s where I got my first hermit crab! I also know the Heimlich maneuver for both cats and dogs. In my junior year of high school I applied and was accepted to the HOSA veterinary science program where I graduated in the National Honors Society. Shortly after graduation, I started working at a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant. My job was to help restrain animals for exams/shots, organize medications, prepare/read fecal slides and determine if intestinal parasites are present, collect urine samples, and provide basic care. Overall I have had personal experience caring for dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, goats, horses, hamsters, chickens/chicks, pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, chinchillas, birds, lizards, snakes, frogs, turtles, hermit crabs, and axolotls. I am currently a student in nursing school and am working as a part time server. I only have classes two days a week on Monday (6 AM - 6 PM) and Tuesday (8:30 AM - 11:15 AM) and work a couple hours 2 evenings a week, but can take off if needed for services. I like to learn about their daily routine and what they like to do for fun so and incorporate those things into our routine while clients are gone, so pets feel safe and relaxed while their family isn’t there.

16. Heather C.

17. Alexandra F.
“Alexandra is a responsible, loving, reliable dog lover. She has been there to take care of my animals whenever I needed her. She would come over every day to take out my new puppy while I was at work and he adored her. She has always been extremely reliable whether it was planned or spur of the moment. Both of my dogs (and my cat) loved having her company.”

18. Carly D.
About: Your pets, deserve the best! I have been taking care of 3 dogs ever since I was 10 years old. I have lived with animals since birth and loved them before I could walk. I am experienced and trusted. I have 3 labs currently, and playing outside with them is my favorite! I love taking pictures so you never miss a cute moment. Pet care is a priority for me in my household. I only work a part time job, so I have a lot of free time. I have personally trained my dogs around my household and they are super dog friendly. I am happy to keep dogs on leashes outside, or hangout with them in fenced in yards!

19. Meghan H.
About: Hi! I've grown up with dogs my whole life, raising, training and taking care of all their needs. Since I was 16 and could drive myself to and from, I want dog sitting for family and friends. I have walked multiple dogs and cats and have experience with dogs of all sizes. Last year I decided to get my own dog to have and raise while in school at JMU. Millie lives with me and has allowed me to even better understand every aspect that goes into caring and raising a dog. I would love to look after your furry friend and know how to care for you're animals just as I care for mine. I take 1 class a day in the morning for 2 hours and am free the rest of the day and night to care for your animal/animals I feed my own dog twice a day and make sure to walk her after for a potty break. She is taken on a long walk or to a dog park once a day to relieve her energy. If she's extra hyper I know many enrichment toys and DIYs to make to help stimulate their minds.
