About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have had hands on experience with small, medium, and large dogs as well as puppies to seniors. I’ve been around dogs that are very calm and dogs that “don’t usually like people” and have been able to have them warm up to me. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, administering oral medication, and providing exercise and play. I currently have a lot of free time which allows me to be more flexible in caring for your pets and making sure they receive consistent attention, walks, feeding, and playtime. When caring for pets I prioritize keeping their normal routines to reduce stress. I follow feeding schedules closely, provide walks and playtime based on their energy levels. I pay close attention to behaviors and behaviors changes and ensure doors, gates, and leases are secure for safety. I also can send photo updates to owners while they’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. We currently have 2 large dogs. I can administer medication. I have a very flexible schedule. My schedule is very flexible since I have a 2.5yr old daughter. My husband is also home about 50% of the month which makes my schedule even more flexible. I have taken care of all different sizes and breeds of dogs and cats since I was a kid. Both of my dogs are rescues who needed some extra love to acclimate when they came home.

About: Friendly sitter with experience with senior pups, cats and chickens. I currently have two wonderful dogs and a handful of chickens. One of our dogs is what we believe is a Foxhound and the other is a Shepherd mix. Both are rescues so we are not sure. I also have experience with cats, parrots (green crowned conure) and various farm animals. Update: I no longer work from home. I am now in Richmond M-F, 8-5. I am happy to stop by during my lunch break to check on your babies in the city. Any other surrounding areas would have to be weekends and not during work hours. Apologies for any inconvenience! I also offer training services just an upcoming newer trainer as I’m a dog trainer with a career diploma in the field. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! I’m hoping to be able to take care of others pets near me while earning money on the side. Services I can provide would include feeding them, administration of medications (if needed), training (if owner would like), bathing, nail trims, ear cleanings, brushing (cost extra depending on service, brushing is free unless matted) take them outside to play and potty, any other services owner may need. I currently work part time at a veterinary clinic as stated in the pet care experience box, I’m pretty flexible and will try my best to work with you! I have a backyard, and 5 acres of land. Along with ample room for them to run. We can chill and watch a movie together, or go outside and play with the hose and run around.

About: I've taken care of and been around dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Aside from my own pets, I have pet set for many different families over the years. Sunday mornings I have church from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday mornings for the fall semester I have an in person class from 9:30 am to 10:50 am. Other than that my schedules pretty open. I am very responsible, since I usually care for at least two or more pets at one time, I am always aware and make sure I'm giving the pets my full attention and care.

About: New to the site but not new to petsitting! I've had various pets my entire life and been pet sitting/walking for over 25 years! I have experience with any species from hamsters, lizards, and bunnies, to cats and dogs, as well as livestock! My family raises and competes with oxen in the Northeast, and until recently moving south I cared for large animals (horses, cattle, goats, etc) as a side gig as well. There isn't an animal out there that I'm unwilling to work with! I love to care for and work with dogs. I'm happy to do regularly scheduled walks/hikes, or help out as needed. I don't have any official training certification but I do have a background in behavior analysis that has proven helpful when working with and training pets and farm animals. About: Hi! My husband and I own a farm in Amelia, VA with horses, sheep, chickens, and our cats and dogs. I have two rescue dogs of my own and am a complete animal lover. I work in the agriculture sector with a flexible schedule and my husband works from home full time. My schedule allows me to be home with your pets as often as they need. I have been house sitting for over 15 years and absolutely love being able to love other people’s pets like my own! My house also has a fenced in yard, and is great if your pets want to come stay with me as well. I have experience with dogs, cats, most exotic pets, horses, and any barnyard animal you could think of. We are also very experienced in senior care, and often foster for our local shelter so are used to a lot of different behaviors and dog personalities. I am available for pet sitting and farm sitting. About: I have ALWAYS loved animals and have wanted to work with animals in some capacity. In the past, I worked at a dog grooming service and loved it, but I want to do something with more interaction with the pets, I have taken veterinarian classes all through high school, and am certified to become a vet assistant. I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week! This is a little niche that I found that nobody was able to fill, and I wanted to dedicate my career to helping those families who only need four hours a day one day a week and that doesn’t necessarily need to be the same day. As my schedules always changing, my availability will always be changing so I will try to keep that up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! I’m really looking forward to all the snuggles!
