“Ari is awesome!! Great communication and pics. Supportive of special instructions and working with behavior challenges of my reactive pittie. I am sure she had a total blast with Ari. Top notch recommendation for your pet sitting needs!”

“I highly reccomend Brett! I got very sick and was in a pretty desperate situation with my newly rescued, very large pitt mix. I contacted Brett and he got in touch with me right away. He came at the drop of a hat a few days when Ash really need a walk. He even came from farther than he routinely helps people. Very reliable, punctual and kind. Was easily able to handle my 85 lb pitt mix. (With bad manners...lol) I'm very grateful for the help he gave me. Give him a call!”

“Helena takes the best care of my dog! She always makes time for her in her schedule. I always look forward to the updates she sends me after her visit”

About: I have worked with both puppies and senior dogs, i have 2 poochon puppies that are 1 year old. I am currently going to school to be a vet technician and I volunteer at the animal shelter in the cat and dog rooms. I have experience handling all different types and sizes of dogs. Im a college student and currently working part-time in the late afternoons. So I have plenty of time to walk, play and give potty breaks! I have a fenced yard suitable for small to medium dogs. I have a large room that I can close off that has tile flooring and access to the backyard and also have pens if dogs need to be separated.
“Aaliyah is the most responsible and kindest person. I feel so fortunate to have her caring for my Bella. She has excellent judgment and listens to the details of all instructions provided. She has great follow-through. I am so happy to have her caring for Bella.”

About: I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. I started with frogs, lizards and snakes, and graduated to cats and dogs. Until I was able to have dogs of my own, I spent over 10 years pet-sitting for friends and family, volunteering in animal shelters, and have even worked in 2 seperate doggy daycares. My MO is always long walks and lots of attention. I have 2 dogs of my own, a cumulative 17 years of pet raising experience. I have experience caring for sick pets and administering medication both orally and subcutaneously. I've had my pups since they were young and would consider them very well trained. If you're looking to work on certain behaviors, I can absolutely work on that during their stay. I have a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood for long walks, and for longer stays, expect your dog to enjoy a nice hike! I mostly work from home, so for daycare your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. Due to my variable work schedule, I cannot accommodate recurring appointments. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.
About: I am a loving and responsible dog owner with hands-on experience caring for my own dog. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and needs patience, attention, and kindness. I enjoy taking dogs for walks, providing playtime, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I am experienced with daily routines such as feeding, potty breaks, grooming, and giving dogs plenty of love and companionship. I treat every pet like a member of my own family. I am patient, reliable, and committed to providing a safe and happy experience for your furry friend. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy spending time with pets throughout the week. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening walks or drop-in visits. I like to plan my day around providing reliable and loving care for pets. I am happy to follow each pet’s routine, including walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime. I am also a dog owner, so I understand the importance of keeping pets happy, safe, and comfortable while their owners are away. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I always take time to understand each pet’s personality, habits, and needs before providing care. For walks and drop-in visits, I provide a safe and calm environment, follow the owner’s instructions carefully, and make sure pets have fresh water, attention, exercise, and companionship. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. I will treat every pet with patience, kindness, and the same care I provide for my own dog.
About: I have had dogs, large and small, young and old since childhood and was the neighborhood pet sitter growing up. I'm a proud German Shepherd mama who would love to add a short term or extended stay buddy for Miss Ziva. Now that I work from home full time, my pupper needs a friend! We'd love to meet your fur baby. Don't let my baby's size fool you, she's a huge lover. I would prefer my home but can make arrangements to come to you! My dog is a free range dog in the house, but can adapt to changes depending on our guest. Definitely will respect your fur babies routine. We do have a dog park at my complex and would accommodate any anxiety issues. My 15 year old would give your baby extra attention as she is a regular Nana Nurse.
“Lauren was wonderful with our dog Millie. We had her come a couple times a week prior to our trip to get to know Millie and it worked out great. Lauren communicated very well. She was on time for every walk and followed instructions as there were a couple changes along the way. Gave daily reports and pics which helped. Thank you Lauren for being so great with our fur baby”

About: Im Ana, lover of all pets, young and old, big and small. We can do walks, hikes, swimming, even to a play day at the park. I’m able to give your dog/cat all the attention needed, and they would never be unattended. I can take dogs to dog park or the nearest park to make sure they get the most of the visit. As a stay-at-home mom (SAHM) with a flexible schedule, Pet care fits into my daily routine with feeding, walks, playtime, and ensuring their overall well-being. Be sure that if you decide on me I will go above and beyond as that is my style in life and with animals and people.

“Caelyn was so amazing with Cheddar! I had to have a surgery that took me out of commission for quite a few days and I booked Caelyn to walk Cheddar once a day during my initial recovery. Cheddar is usually very timid but warmed up immediately to her and they were best friends by the last day! She always came home tired and out of breath which is exactly what I needed. Caelyn also takes the cutest photos during the walks which always puts a smile on my face when they return to my house. Definitely plan on booking regularly with Caelyn :)”

I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I am available for early morning, evening, and weekend care, as well as flexible drop-in visits and house sitting. I always communicate my availability in advance and aim to accommodate your preferred feeding, walking, and care routines as smoothly as possible. Safety and peace of mind are my absolute top priorities when caring for your pets in your home. I strictly follow all owner instructions to maintain your pet's regular routine and keep them feeling secure in their home environment. I pay close attention to safety during walks, double-check that doors and gates are secure, and ensure hazardous items stay out of reach. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
