About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from a 15lbs mini golden to a 130lbs mastiff. I love taking long walks no matter the weather (as long the dog is comfortable!) and have experience with senior dogs who require a lot of love and attention, and sometimes lots of medication. If your pet had specific needs, I can certainly make sure they’re taken care of the best way they can be! I have similar experience with cats, caring for teething kittens and senior cats who need extra attention. I love cats, but I understand sometimes they take longer to warm up. I don’t mind just hanging around until they feel comfortable enough to come up to me themselves. My number one priority is making sure your pet is comfortable and cared for. I’m a full time college student who’s lived in the Dayton area my whole life, allowing me to watch pets in the area year round (I’m a rising senior at the University of Dayton). I currently have an online internship, but it’s unpaid and I don’t get a lot of work to do. I have lots of time to devote to taking care of your critters. I’m willing to stay with pets for as long as they need, whether that means overnight or just some company during the day. I’m patient with pets that are wary of strangers; I do what I can to respect their boundaries. I will always wait until they’re comfortable enough to come up to me. I have a dog at home who is very nervous around new people. Because she’s so big we have to be very careful of how we introduce her to people. She’s a high maintenance lady, that’s for sure! But she loves just having company, and I know that many pets just want to have someone to be around.

About: I’ve loved and cared for a variety of animals throughout my life. I’ve had dogs, cats, a parakeet, hamsters, gerbils, rats, ferrets, fish, a bearded dragon, and a red tail boa. I LOVE animals. When I was a kid I would even spend my weekends at our local pet shop holding and playing with their animals. I am a mother of two teenagers, and have been a small business owner, so I am extremely responsible, reliable, caring, attentive to detail, and have the skills to do anything necessary to care for your pets. I am available most of the time, and my time is flexible. I recently sold my half of my small business and am now taking some time for myself (that I want to fill with animals!), so I am almost always available and flexible. We have a fenced in yard, but we also live in a beautiful historic neighborhood and love taking walks around the neighborhood and to the park as often as possible.

“I Highly recommend Abbi, she is very kind and understanding! I know she took good care of my kitties and they both loved her. Even the one who usually doesn’t come put for people let her hold him and cuddle.”

“We knew our cat was getting the attention and care needed from Alli while we were out of town and appreciated the photos she sent. We really appreciated Alli's flexibility when my original flights were cancelled.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve spent a couple years volunteering at animal shelter, where I was required to learn how to work with many different personalities. I’m very knowledgeable when it comes to reading dogs body language and figuring out their needs. I fed, walked, and played with many pups. I have 10 years of experience, taking care dogs. Neighbor, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I’ll enjoy taking your pup on long walks and hikes, basically anywhere dogs are allowed. I am very passionate about our furry friends and treat them with love and compassion, I will love your pup like it were my own. I currently have a flexible schedule so I can work from home if I need to. I normally do potty breaks every 4 hours. I also have a schedule of feeding twice a day but if you prefer a specific schedule let me know. Teddy is a friendly pup and will keep your dog entertained. I normally don’t crate dogs unless it is necessary. If you prefer your dog being crated or is being trained let me know. Your dog will be loved and cared for.

“Allie did a great job with my cat, who is not friendly to new people. Allie is friendly, flexible, and reliable. I felt good knowing she was checking on my cat during a 10 day trip, and I felt he was well cared for.”

“This was the second time that I had Ashley come and take care of my cat Harley. Ashley been super professional, shown up when requested and communicated his status and photos to us. He is extremely shy and timid of other people. To our surprise, Harley is so comfortable with her that he even gave her a head rub and let her pet him this second time which is truly astonishing since he is afraid of EVERYONE!!! Ashley has been great!”

“We knew 5 minutes after Bri walked in for a meet and greet that our dogs would be in great hands!!! Our dog, Shiloh does NOT easily warm up to anyone very quickly but with Bri, it was almost immediate and she was snuggled up against her, enjoying being petted. Our cat also really liked her too. (And she really does not like ANY strangers!!) Bri is a very kind girl and very obviously great with animals!! We were VERY happy with Bri as a pet sitter and highly recommend her.”

“Wonderfully attentive and great with cats! Stephanie communicated often and let us know the disposition and wellbeing of each of our cats. 5 star cat care :)”

Christina D.Star Sitter
“You can't find a more knowledgeable and compassionate substitute pet parent for when you can't be there. Christina always treats every animal she meets as her own, and will take her time to gain their trust along with yours. I have known her for over 20 years. I especially recommend her for pets with special needs, such as anxiety, those that are in need of medications, or even if you know they love a silly ritual like a certain song played for them at bedtime.”

Adam W.
“My friend Adam has previously watched our pets while we were out of town. He adores animals, he is great with cats and dogs. Adam is a very hard worker. I think your pets would enjoy Adam's company. I believe he would ensure they have food, treats, clean water, clean litter boxes or to be taken out side for adequate potty breaks. I believe if it is a dog, and weather was favorable, he would walk your dog around the block for some good exercise. They might even hear a relaxing harmonica song while in his care. I believe your pets would be in trusted paws with my friend Adam.”
