She asked all the right questions before the sitting and was very professional and sweet! She was also so considerate and flexible with my flight delays. Noah was great with our dog, Rowan! We did a meet and greet with his 2 sweet pups to make sure everyone got along and he asked questions about Rowan's needs and how he'd be most comfortable. From the time we dropped off Rowan to picking him up. Noah was communicative and made sure all of our dog's needs were met. Rowan is sensitive and a bit anxious- we try to always bring him with us but when we can't we will definitely ask Noah to take care of him again!
Bella already misses her home away from home at Craig’s. He was great and we will definitely use him again. Craig went above and beyond this visit as Bella was on four different medications due to an eye injury the week before. She felt at home immediately and came back to us relaxed and happy. Thank you!
Danica was fantastic! She made everything so easy from start to finish and kept us updated the entire time. Sandra was heaven sent. After booking another sitter on Rover, it didn’t take long for us to feel very uncomfortable with leaving our pup with that sitter. The night before I had to fly out for Thanksgiving, I was frantically searching for a replacement sitter ant 9:00 pm and came across Sandra’s profile. She was responsive, available, and answered all of my questions. As you can imagine, I was highly skeptical after the negative experience with a different sitter earlier that evening.
