About: I’ve been walking and big sitting for about 6 years! I’ve worked with lots of families, friends, and others. I have five fur babies myself! I’m a full time college student, but being on my last leg of school I only have two classes a day 3 hours max 12-3 and Friday-Sunday I’m free!! My busiest day is Wednesday with a class for an hour in the morning 9-9:50 and two classes in the evening 12-2! But often my classses will be online! In my clients home the best way to keep fur babies safe is making sure to not only ask questions but also taking instructions given to me very serious!! Along with big sitting I have been a nanny, babysitter and camp counselor for 7 years now and I think animals, like kids, depend on us for radix needs, time, patience and responsibility!!

About: Hi! My name is Claire, I’m 26 years old and I am an animal lover with extensive experience in dog care. The dogs I have worked with and been surrounded by add joy to my life and inspire my commitment and passion I have for dogs. My journey in dog care began in high school when I volunteered with an organization called the Mutt Scouts, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused dogs. This experience deepened my understanding of canine behavior and helped me develop the skills necessary to nurture and support dogs in need. I have many years of doggy day care experience where I cared for various breeds and sizes. I have hands-on experience with administering oral and topical medications, feeding, and providing socialization and enrichment activities tailored to each dog's personality. I believe in creating a safe and loving environment where dogs can thrive and enjoy their time. Though I am pretty new to Rover, I bring years of experience in sitting a diverse range of breeds and ensuring they have a fun and engaging experience. I value the importance of a proper introduction, so if you're comfortable with your dog meeting me, I would love to arrange a meet-and-greet to see how they feel. I am very accommodating and dedicated to providing personalized care. When your fur baby is with me, I will ensure they have a fantastic time! Looking forward to connecting with you and your sweet dog! I do have a lot of free time so when it comes to finding someone I will be perfect for your needs. Since I can be accommodating sometimes I can also be open to last minute scheduling as well. Depending on what you are comfortable with I can provide giving the best care to your dog by playing with them inside and outside, I can walk your dog, give them cuddles and love while you are away. My goal is for your dog to trust me and get the best care.
“Very friendly and competent sitter. She was able to follow instructions, make decisions on her own, and pets were always very happy in her photos! Perfect experience, thank you!!”

About: I grew up walking my own dog, pet sitting for neighbors and friends, and walking and caring for dogs in a professional setting. I worked as a dog behavior technician from 2022-2023 at Happy Tails Country Club for Dogs in Asheville, NC. I currently work as an outdoor educator! I have experience with basic training techniques using positive reinforcement, such as praise, pets, treats, toys, or other rewarding items. I have helped train dogs to sit, stay, lay down, shake, drop, and other behaviors. I also have experience caring for senior pups, as my own family dog Buddy was diagnosed with dementia and struggled to see; towards the end of his life, our walks together got slower paced and he needed more patience and support. Buddy passed away in 2024 and I am so grateful I got to have him in my life. I work full time during the week, and I am available on the weekends in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I am also available from 6am-11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. When I am in the client’s home, I ensure that their pet feels safe and comfortable with me. I can let them out into fenced yards, take them on walks, play with them inside and outside, or any other enrichment activities.
“Katie is seriously the best! She is reliable and a great communicator! I love that she sends us pictures of our pup when she checks in. I feel very comfortable with Katie and I trust that she takes excellent care of our pup when we are away from home! Highly recommended!!!”

I’m available for house sitting, walking breaks, and drop ins during the week and weekends with enough notice! Summer hours may vary, but open to changing plans to benefit everyone! I’d prefer staying at the clients home where the dog/pets are more comfortable! I’m comfortable taking dogs on walks in their neighborhood or transport them to a dog park or walking trails.
About: I have been dog and house sitting since I was 16 years old. I have vast experience sitting for many clients and for long periods of time of up to a month at times. Very dependable and very flexible and accommodating schedule. I currently work part time so my schedule is very open and have no problem staying at the home if you wish. I can also do chores or other jobs around the house while you are gone too. I have a 4 year old mini schnoodle named Bodie who is my baby boy! I love taking him on hikes and walks and playing with his favorite toys!
About: I have had pets my whole life. I grew up on a farm with cows, horses, cats, and especially dogs. I have always had the best bond with dogs. I treat them as people because that’s how much they matter to me! I am a student and Montana State so I have a good amount of free time during the day. I can be pretty flexible and am able to move things around! I have 2 friendly dogs of my own if you want friends for your baby’s. I am able to take your dogs to the dog park so they can run around or I can take them in a leashed walk! I am very flexible with different needs of different dogs!
About: I’ve sat for a variety of sweet dogs and cats. From elder cats with dietary issues, shy cats who prefer to be left alone, puppies who adore attention, and chill grown up dogs who just like to hang out. I work full time from 8-5 on the weekdays so unfortunately I can’t be there full time those days. However I do have a flexible lunch break and can make sure a dog or cat is fed/walked within a four hour period. I follow the specific instructions given in terms of how often they are fed, given water, treats, their exercise/play routine. And give them lots of pets!
About: I have had high energy dogs mostly heelers and love to take them outside for adventures. It helps me bond with them and teach them to be social. I currently work evenings and bring my our dog out for walks all the time during the day. I love taking him to the dog park and hiking and have room to bring others with me. I mostly take my dog to the dog park and leash him when I take him hiking. I would be able to bring another dog with us when we adventure.
“In a word, Katy was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would not hesitate to have her look after my kitty anytime. She always sent timely pics and videos, and created a special bond with Millie who is usually very shy and stand-offish. I’m grateful Katy was available.”

“Debbie was fantastic - I loved receiving the daily pictures of the kitties, and felt very at ease with her looking after things. Hoping she ll be available on future weekends when we re out of town! Thanks again :)”

Belgrade dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was our second time working with Alanna and she’s phenomenal. We’ve booked her for a week of drop ins for our pup later this summer as well. She is responsive, provides great updates, and I feel so lucky to have found someone that cares for my boy as much as I do. I haven’t had the opportunity to meet Alanna in person yet but have complete trust in her based on our communication and tuckers care results. Go ahead and book with her!
