Gracie is only 6 lbs and is a special needs that has balance issues. Kristin was very understanding to her needs. They all stayed together in the Red Room both times. This was important to me that they were together. Kristin was very responsive and listened to any concerns I had. Gracie needed several supplements and needed to be hand fed. I also appreciated their flexibility with drop off and pick up. They will be staying again for a week next month.”
