While on our trip, Pam provided timely updates and photos of the girls, and even alerted us to a potential health issue with one of them. She and her son, along with her Dog Basil and kitties, helped my dogs feel right at home. She immediately set my mind at ease by letting me know that my dogs were settling in and getting comfortable there. Ivy did a wonderful job and I definitely hope to book with her again in the future! Our experience from a meet and greet, to drop off, and pick-up was exceptional. We left Breezy with Liz fully confident that she was in great hands and would be well cared for. The daily pictures were reassuring to us that Breezy was fitting right in with the family and being cared for as if she was a pet belonging to the family.”
