About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5. I’ve dog sat 2 pit bulls while I also babysat 2 kids when I was just 14 for 12 hours a day. I currently dog sit for my mom all the time. I taught my dog how to rollover, speak, spin, and more all while being a single mom with a little baby! I’m currently staying at home taking care of my son and will be home all day every day for the most part. I can give your fur baby as much attention as they need, take them on walks, play fetch, or reinforce training and positive behavior. I don’t have a fenced yard but I have a long leash to let my dogs run a bit and stay outside for a while if they would like. I also have a little kiddie pool for them to play in for hot summer days. My dogs also enjoy chasing water straight from the hose! I always pay attention to make sure they never get overheated. At your house I would try to follow your typical routine so it feels natural for your fur baby!

About: NOTE: Off during summer, but I work weekdays throughout the school year. Still available during school, but pets will be at home without me on weekdays for about 7 hours. I have owned and cared for dogs for over 25 years. I have cared for small dogs <25 pounds all the way up to large sized Great Danes > 200 pounds. I have been fostering dogs for Safe Paws Iowa for the past 4 years. I am available for a large portion of the summer because I only coach softball outside of the school year. I am very active and would love to share that energy with dogs! Walking, jogging, or just playing in the doggy pool is no issue at all. My Golden loves to play if yours does! If not, I have the space to separate dogs too. Lastly, I have experience giving dogs meds as some of the dogs in my care have different long term conditions. Please reach out with any questions! About: Growing up on a family farm, I have had the opportunity to care for many different kinds of animals (dogs, horses, cats, chickens, goats, pigs and cows). I have taken care of family and friends dogs for the last 20 years. I have raised 5 puppies and have shown a few of them in local shows. My kids are 13 and 10 and love taking our dogs for walks, hikes and playing with them in our very large back yard. I am home all summer and my school year schedule varies so I have plenty of time to take your pup on walks and play with them. I have a large fenced back yard and 2 pups friendly pups. I have the ability to take your dog to either a paved or dirt trail for walks or runs. My dogs walk 4 to 5 miles a day but I can definitely make the walk shorter if needed. I have the ability to separate the dogs if needed. I can also crate the dogs. Our dogs love to lounge on our couches.

About: I’ve always been around cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve mastered the process of giving medications. I’ve volunteered in a shelter some years ago and I learned a lot while I was there. I’ve trained all of my current and past pets and even helped some friends with theirs. I craft my own pet food in my kitchen to ensure all nutrients are available to them. I take pet health to a very serious level! Currently, I’m just in school So I have plenty of time. I’m available Mon- sun at 10am, 3pm, and anytime after 5pm! Friday is the only day that I’m available at 11am rather than 10am but I’m free for the day after 11am. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine. I take time to learn their personality, feeding schedule, litter habits, and any specific needs before caring for them. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure everything is left clean and secure. I’m also attentive to doors, windows, plants, and anything else a curious pet could get into. I give pets plenty of attention and playtime while also respecting them when they need space. If they need medication or any extra care, I’m comfortable handling that as well.
