About: I'm 55 so I have years of experience with dogs but love all animals. I have taken care of neighborhood dogs along with my mom's dog during her illness. I'm home most days and are very flexible to your needs I'm home most days and can be flexible to help out when needed. I'm able to pet sit, go for walks, feeding, and overnight stays if needed I have years of experience with dogs and will take great care of your pet as if they where my own! I've used Rover for my own pet sitting while on vacation etc.

About: I have had various dogs since I was a child including dachshunds, jack russels, and chihuahuas. I’ve always helped around the house and with the animals. (We’ve even had goats, chickens, goats, and a pig! So I know how to handle different dynamics.) I have trained and taken care of my own dachshund puppy over the past two years. I’ve taught him tricks, crate trained him, and navigated how to walk on a leash properly. As an early grad I am working to build my schedule with work. I make time for what’s important to me and that includes YOUR FURRY BABIES! I do have one part time job but I am very flexible with my availability. If you prefer me to be present at the house 24/7 I will! If you are okay with me working a shift or two while petsitting I can do that as well. All I need is communication! I will act and provide my services based on you and your pets needs. I am comfortable to give medicine, take your pets out for potty breaks any time they need, to crate them or share a bed for my stay.

My last pup passed away in January 2024, 2 months shy of his 16th birthday. About: Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I grew up with three wonderful dogs throughout my childhood, each teaching me something different about love, patience, and companionship. One of them was even a future seeing-eye dog. Although we only had him for about a year before he went on to begin his important work, it was incredibly rewarding to be part of his journey and to help prepare him for the life-changing role he would have. When my husband and I bought our first home, one of the very first things we did was adopt the sweetest girl named Kora. She filled our home with joy, laughter, muddy paw prints, and unconditional love for ten unforgettable years. Saying goodbye to her was one of the hardest things we've ever done, but I wouldn't trade a single moment we had together. Because of these experiences, I know that dogs aren't "just pets"—they're family. Whether your dog loves long walks, endless games of fetch, belly rubs, or simply having someone nearby to keep them company, I'll care for them with the same patience, kindness, and attention I'd want someone to give my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy until you're back home. Beginning August 1st, my scheduled will be wide open. I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 11 years...and for 6 of those years I have owned my own business. I have recently decided to retire and close my business. I feel that pet sitting is the perfect mix of flexibility while also scratching the itch to spend all my time with fluff balls. I am looking forward to taking your dog on their walks, playing fetch in the backyard, or cuddling on the couch with them. I also love to spend time with you cats, rabbits, rats, hermit crabs...you get the idea!
