About: I have been a avid lover of dogs and cats from a young age. I currently am the mommy to a 2 year old white Labrador named Bleu and a cat named Patches who I rescued from the woods in our backyard. . No matter the breed dogs show such unconditional love and devotion to their owners and are a mans best friend. I will care and show each and every pet the same care and love. I have experience giving insulin shots and administering medications as well as shampoo, brush, feed, clean dog dishes, walk and clean dog pen. Please call me to visit your pet Monday thru Sunday anytime. Thank you for your consideration. About: Growing up on a farm in New Jersey I’ve always had cats, dogs and more! I have been taking care of my own animals since I was five years old. I love a strong love for pets to treat them just like you would treat a loved one! I work full time but have early mornings before 7am and time after 4pm durning the weeks. Some weekends I am available too durning the day if needed. I treat my pets like my children. As soon as I walk through the door their needs come first, a walk to go to the bathroom and a treat when they come back in. While outside I allow my dog to sniff and play some catch before Coming back in.

“I cannot thank Stephen (and Gele) enough for the excellent care he provided for our two elderly cats. They needed medicine via oral pills and insulin injections, and one has had accidents in the past. He was very attentive to every detail and instruction, and very thorough with his care in feeding them, providing water, checking litter, being on alert for any accidents, administering medication, and providing loving care and attention to them. I felt at ease on our extended trip knowing that they were in good hands. (With our knowledge and permission) He consulted a friend of his, Gele, that helps at a rescue with senior cats to ensure that they were getting everything they needed. She came along to many of the visits since Stephen admitted he had never cared for elderly cats with so many needs and she had a better understanding to teach him so he could do it alone on his solo visits. Gele was also wonderful with our cats and we thank her so much for her time and loving care. He was also kind enough to help with things like lights, trash collection, and getting the mail. Would highly recommend him (and Gele)!!”

Im willing to stay at pet owners home if needed or can bring to my house if absolutely necessary and the dogs attitude will decide on being in my home due to me having 5 dogs of my own most are 8+ I love to meet new pets all the time. Puppies are my weakness to be honest. I may set up a photo shoot for your dog just to remember all the cute faces ive worked with. I do prefer reaccuring walks with the same dogs so they can get used to 1 normal person to walk them when needed and so the walker knows what to expect from the dog themselves. I have 2 kids who love dogs they help me take care of the dogs. Private areas to separate dogs if needed. My dog is 12 and he is super chill he is more interested in humans than other dogs. Full time soldier. I am able to take pets out 3-4 times a day during the weekend. I work Monday-Friday I’m off on the weekends. On weekends we go on a ride to the dog parks in the truck. Big dogs in the bed in a seat belt harness small dogs inside the cabin. Pets are kept in crate/room when I’m not home. Willing to accommodate to whatever is needed. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
