Our cat was well-behaved but anxious around new animals, so James (& Aimee) accommodated him by giving him his own playroom! He was thrilled to sit in the window and watch the birds & butterflies. Our pet heroes adhered to both animals’ strict diet and feeding instructions ordered by our vet. Overall, everyone had a wonderful trip, and we will use them again. If we could give James (& Aimee) 10 stars, we would. We highly recommend them!”
