There were 2 days of our 16-day vacay that we needed a reliable pet sitter for adventures we couldn’t bring Ezra on: zip-lining in Barnardsville and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway in a 2-seater Polaris Slingshot. Even after a considerately planned meet-and-greet the afternoon before his 1st stay with Paul, Ezra was a little nervous after we dropped him off. Thoughtfully, I received updates and videos to keep me posted. Paul and his fiancé worked with him to build trust and also Ezra’s confidence. By day 2, Ezra did not want his stay to end at pick-up time! When he finally did get in the car, he was happily exhausted and slept the entire drive home. About: I am a teacher in Asheville looking to hang out with some lovely animals in my free time. Growing up I have always had animals but primarily dogs so I have a strong background in dog behaviors and needs. My fiancé, Ellen, is also available to support during the week days that wouldn’t be optimal for me to leave during my teaching days. This gives a lot more availability! About: I have taken care of dogs for several years, growing up we always had family dogs, and even now taking care of friends & families dogs while they are on vacation. My home has plenty of space as well as a nice sized backyard that they can run around and play in. My dog is always looking to make a friend and is very sweet towards people and other dogs. If you have specific instructions regarding care for your dog, I will make sure that they are cared for the way they are used to! I work full time as a waitress, and I am done most days by 2pm, so I have the rest of the day to take care of pups! I’m usually off Monday’s as well! I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a dog of my own to keep your dog company while I am at work! I have spare dog crates & bowls, unless you prefer to bring your own!

And we sure did with Molly. As soon as we pull up to Mollys house she is so excited, she does not care at all that I am leaving.
