About: My family has had pets of all kinds since before I was born. As an only child, it became my sole-responsibility to care for them when my parents were out. I work remotely on my own hours, so I'll have plenty of time to play with, care for, run, walk, or drop-in on your fur babies. Communication is key. I'll be sure to thoroughly read over your instructions and care for your pets in the best possible way. I'll let you know when I arrive and leave and I'll send plenty of pictures. I'll also be open and honest if any problems happen to arise.

She is also an RN who has a gentle, kind, loving nature and has passed it on to her two children and significant other, who also treat animals with love. Currently, they have a well-loved bunny, Cheesecake. At age 7, April got her first pet, Ariel, a cat who lived a happy, healthy life until she was 17 years old. When April was 11, she owned her own horse, Spur, that she trained and cared for. She spent one summer raising chicks ( chickens, turkeys, geese, and a duck) and would often read her books while sitting out with them in the field. She helped raise and train four beautiful family dogs, Molly, Maggie, Merlin, and Orby, helping to establish calm, relaxed energy. In her young adulthood, she has raised trained her own wonderful dogs, Jack, Hugo, and Kermit, to have relaxed positive energy by demonstrating those qualities in own leadership. She also fostered dogs and treated them with utmost kindness and attention until they found homes. You can have confidence that your animals would be safe, secure, and loved in April’s care.”

About: I am a avid dog lover with a open heart and unconditional love for dogs. I have experience raising aggressive dogs and lap dogs. I am very patient with special needs dogs and dogs that need more time adapting. I love taking long walks and playing with dogs. I know dog CPR, am willing to admister oral medication, bathe your dog and brush as well. Basically, I will treat your dog like a member of my family as he/she is a member of yours. This isn't a full-time service for me, but I am willing to give 110% to taking care of your family member. I do prefer at least a 12 hour notice for any cancelation. I am also 100% committed to your directions as to how to care for your family member. My schedule is completely open to Rover services. If Rover services are needed overnight, I just ask for a 8-12 hours notice. The love for animals is always a priority in my daily routine. I live on 10 acres and have 2 friendly dogs of my own. I have a large walking area on my property where I walk my own pets on a leash.

About: I am originally from Brandon, SD. I work full time at the Brandon Valley Veterinary Clinic in Brandon, SD. I have worked both with the boarding at the clinic and in the clinic setting. I fed, watered, let out and gave any meds (either oral, shots, or pills) to any dogs or cats that needed it. While at the vet clinic, I had bathed the dogs/cats for grooming and helped the veterinarian in appointments. I currently work full-time at a veterinary clinic, but I tend to have most evenings and some weekends available. If you have any questions about my availability, reach out and Ill let you know! At my client's home, I do as I was instructed to with the pet. Whether that’s letting them out in on leash or free range in a fenced yard etc.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child! Whether they are my own or a friend/family member, they all get the same love and attention. Having 2 senior dogs of my own I know the importance of patience and attention to care plans. I would love to be your fill-in while your out of town. I'm currently self-employed and set my own schedules which will make it easy to fit in your desired care for your pet. I can be available for morning, afternoon, evening or late-night visits/walks. When I come to visit your pet, I will make sure their needs are met in whatever capacity is requested. I'm happy to take them out for walks, play, clean-up and messes created and give all the pets/snuggles they might need.
