While she was taking care of my dogs, she was always communicating with me, sending me pictures and videos about my dogs. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. From day one, our dogs looked completely at home—happy, relaxed, and clearly receiving lots of love, exercise and attention. The daily updates and photos gave us total peace of mind, and it was so reassuring to see how comfortable they were. When our return flight was unexpectedly canceled, they were incredibly flexible and supportive in extending the stay at the last minute. One of our dogs requires daily medication, and it was handled with great care and consistency. We are so grateful for the exceptional care our dogs received and would absolutely book again and again.
We suddenly and unexpectedly needed a dog sitter for 6 straight days during the holidays (!!), and were able to book Kaitlyn with less than 24-hours notice. She was quick to reply, so understanding and compassionate, and made us feel a little less stressed about leaving town without our dog. She sent updates and photos throughout, and it was clear our dog was having a great time snuggling and playing with her and her own dogs. We would definitely hire Kaitlyn again.

We had a wonderful experience! Communication was excellent, and our dog came home very happy. Even in the very cold weather, Sonee was willing to take the dogs out for multiple walks, which really shows how much she cares for and loves them. She is very attentive, thoughtful, and truly observes each dog’s needs. This was a great experience, and we would absolutely trust her to care for our baby again in the future.
