We had a horrible experience in the past with a Rover sitter in a different state, so we were anxious to leave Olivia again but felt good about Sharon and Michael keeping her for a long weekend. My only complaint- We are used to more frequent photos and updates when away from our pups, and we didn’t get that this time unfortunately. Despite this, I would definitely use their family again in the future as they were very professional, flexible and understanding, have a clean home, and had very sweet kiddos to love on our pup.”
