About: I'm not professional but my husband and I have been dog owners all our lives. We would consider it a great joy and honor to care for your babies. We can come by your home for a walk, water and feeding. Or if you just need someone to look in on you baby. We can provide transportation to and from the vets or groomers. We will also like to offer day-care for you as well we will offer flexible hours. We don't have a fenced in yard but I am very careful about keeping my babies on leashes and will do the same for you. We have reliable transportation and an excellent work ethic. We are only doing this for the joy of being around the animals. It's very relaxing and fulfilling. There's nothing more pure than the joy of helping an animal. We don't have children living with us but my granddaughter does visit but she's very good with dogs and is always supervised. She's a dog lover too. ♥️

About: I have had pets of my own for over 30 years! I love dogs and cats along with any other fluffy pet! I now have a family of my own with 2 teenagers and a 5 year old, but we love our furry family members just as much! We currently have one small dog and 2 cats and they are all a big part of our family. We give our pets and the pets we care for plenty of attention! Pets we care for are treated as out own and we love them up all the same! Your pet will be well loved with us. I work as a teacher M-F and have evening and weekend availability. Summer I am free any time to pet sit! I am home most weekends all day. Pets are welcome in all areas of our home. They will be made to feel like one of our family! They will have the space to exore out home and not be be created 24/7. They will be able go out side multiple times each day to explore.

About: I have just moved back home for the summer before heading off to medical school in the Fall. For the past year, I have been dog sitting in Charlottesville, VA through the Rover app. I absolutely loved experiencing so many different breeds and interacting with different ages, temperaments, and neediness. While I am unable to dog sit while home, I figured dog walking and check ins would be a great alternative. This summer, I will not be working so I am available any time of day to care of your precious pets while you’re busy with other responsibilities! About: Call me Kit! I’ve adored pets for as long as I can remember and grew up with cats (and other small pets). When I was in middle school, my family finally added dogs to the mix, though I’ve loved them for years before then. In 2021, I finally got a dog of my own who has quickly taught me how involved loving a pet can be; she is medically complicated, high drive, and anxious. Having her has made me an astute dog watcher in terms of recognizing dog body language and signs of pain or discomfort. She has helped me learn how to teach dogs too, as well as help shyer dogs tolerate some grooming. I have experience working with young animals, special needs pets, rescued pets, and shelter animals as well as experience grooming dogs in a home or salon environment. I enjoy providing compassion and understanding for the animals of our lives and helping them live more enriching and loving lives. Currently, I am between jobs, so I can offer you pet services most days of the week. I will have some hours I cannot work to ensure my own dog still has her needs met. At my house I have a relaxing outdoor room with a mini yard and ~7 acres that can be walked on leash. For walks, I ensure dogs are in appropriate gear and will be walked where they will be comfortable. If allowed, I can play with or treat your dogs on walks as well to help promote good behavior. If I must enter your pets space, or your pet is nervous, I like to do handoffs with owners present or a meet and greet session. For cats, I can be a napping spot, companion presence, or engage them in play if they are playful. I can also make sure their litter is scooped should that be requested.

About: Hey there! I’ve been exposed to so many dogs as I’ve grown up which are all sizes and breeds such as blue heelers, German Shepard, and Labrador retrievers. Dogs are not just a animal and deserve so much attention in their life! I love animals with a passion no matter what breed or size! I’m currently a full time student at Averett University but I commute everyday. I have a flexible schedule with my classes so I’m willing to work in between or even my weekends. I care for pets like their mine. I will make sure they are comfortable and know their safe. If I’m in anyones home, I would treat it as if it was mine!
