I highly recommend Sally as a Rover sitter — she took care of Mabel while I was on vacation in the Cape and kept me updated with regular photos. About: I’m a 32 year old teacher who is looking to take some new pet friends on walks this summer. I have an almost 3 year old chihuahua who is the center of my world, and I have previous experience house-sitting, walking and boarding. I’d love to meet you and your furry friends! Available starting June 20th, during the week and most weekends. Typically available 8-4, and can walk your friend near you or take them on an adventure! Available to help year-rounders and seasonal friends! Boarding can be worked out on request! My wife and I have a fenced in yard, and our fur baby Bonsai is very dog-friendly. The yard is decent sized, and I stay outside and play with our friends in order to keep an eye on them. We can crate as needed, and are pretty flexible. Bonsai and I love our walks, and I can bring Bonsai along to keep your pet company if you would like! As for boarding, we’ve had three different sets of furry friends board at our home already this year!

“So happy to have left our Dog with Deb while away, she reached out to notify me she had a cancelation and could take out dog which really saved us in a pinch!!! Her house and yard were so much better for him than having to board in a typical crate/kennel setting!!! She obviously loves dogs and took great care of our dogs!!! She was flexible with us and we will definitely be using her again!!! Highly recommended!!”

“Chelsea watched our dog, Molly for a long weekend while we were meeting with friends on the cape. She stayed in constant contact with us and sent picture updates. Molly seems to have had a great weekend! We would definitely use her again!”

“Mike cared for my dog Lexi and was very responsive and shared daily updates with pictures. My dog came home a tired girl after a 4 day visit with is dogs. His large fenced in yard was key for my very active dog. I would highly recommend.”

“Our dog, Emmy, stayed with Shannon for three nights and wow-what a great experience! I felt an instant sense of calm entering her home. Shannon and her partner welcomed Emmy as if she was their own. In only a few days, they both formed a close bond with her, as well as quickly familiarized themselves with Emmy’s quirky behavior. Shannon was able to manage Emmy’s medication and food preferences along with her anxious tendencies and hostile reactions to other dogs. We will definitely be rebooking with Shannon!”

“Harriet was an amazing sitter! She made sure to send me plenty of pictures while I was away and Fiona looked happy and chilled in all of them. It was also a great experience for Fiona because she got to know all the animals in the farm and she got along with them too. I didn’t know if she was good with cats and she is! I’m very happy and grateful with how loving and caring Harriet was with Fiona and I’m definitely booking another stay with her in the future.”

“We recently traveled from our home in NC to Hyannis, MA with our senior female Shih-tzu, Bella. We were fortunate to bring her along with us, however, our Airbnb did not allow pets. Thank goodness for Rover and Jacqueline! We knew immediately from our communications with Jacqueline and her fantastic reviews that Bella would be in the best hands. We are grateful for the flexibility Jacqueline offered us with regard to our ever-changing itinerary, the warm welcome she and her family gave to Bella and the frequent updates and photos during her stay. The family even made sure to make Bella's 15th birthday a special day for her. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Jacqueline!”

“This is the first time I used Rover to find a dog sitter. I usually use a kennel but it was short notice and everyone was booked. I found a link on Nextdoor app to Rover. After a few minutes trying to figure out how to use the site, I sent in 3 requests. After asking the first respondent for a meet and greet she later contacted to apologize that she would have to cancel. At that same moment, Helena’s contact came in and fortunately she came to the rescue. Her first question to me was for a meet and greet and so we did and hit it off immediately! It was clear Helena has a genuine love of animals. Our dog took to her right away and especially to her cat who just happened to be very accepting of sharing his home and Mom for an overnight. As such, very comfortable leaving Lillebit with Helena. Beyond doubt, I highly recommend Helena.”

Looking to fill my time with taking care of your furry family members. We can host or my wife or I can stay in your home. We can also do drop in visits or walks throughout the day. I am comfortable administering medications orally or injected for pets requiring it. We are an active family that loves walks, playing fetch or just rolling around the yard. We do limit dogs that stay with us to be good with children ages 3-11 and other dogs. If we don't have a service listed please ask!

I have experience with dogs, growing up around them, and taking care of the family dog. I don’t have a dog currently (only a cat) so i have plenty of time to take care of yours! I’m currently between jobs. I am available Monday thru Friday at anytime of the day for walking or sitting. I’m punctual and dependable whenever you need me! About: Pet care has always been a part of my life. I’ve raised and cared for dogs, cats, birds, and fish—from puppies and kittens to older pets who need a little extra patience and attention. I’ve experienced every stage of an animal’s life, so I know how to give the right kind of care, whether that means playtime, training support, or simply quiet companionship. What makes my service unique is that it’s a team effort—my girlfriend, Laurel, and I work together to provide care. She’s just as passionate and experienced with animals, so your pet gets the attention of two loving and responsible sitters. We love going on walks in the woods and beach right next to our house, keeping pets active and happy, and making sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of our daily routine. I work remotely from home, which gives me the flexibility to be present and attentive throughout the day. My girlfriend is also free for the summer, so between the two of us, your pet will have round-the-clock care and company. We truly enjoy being around animals—walks, playtime, chilling, we love to do it all! Caring for pets isn’t something we squeeze into our day—it is our day, and we love every minute of it! In our home, pets have plenty of space to feel comfortable and safe. We live in a large house with lots of room to play and relax, and we also have a fenced-in area in the yard where dogs can enjoy outdoor time securely. Whether it’s indoor cuddles or supervised play outside, we make sure pets get a great mix of exercise, attention, and rest. We keep a calm, pet-friendly environment and follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding schedules, walk times, and any special care instructions. Our goal is to make them feel right at home, whether they’re staying with us or we’re visiting them in theirs.

“Peter was great. He communicates well and treated our dog like his own. Even beach walks. We know he was great when we saw the first picture of Roscoe with a big smile. Thanks for a great stay!”
