About: A little background: I have been a pet owner since I was a child. I grew up on a small farm complete with horses, chickens, rabbits, goats, cats and of course dogs. I'm the current owner of a German shepherd, 2 Pomeranians, 2 cats, 5 horses, multiple chickens, and rabbits. I have years of animal handling experience through volunteering at the Central Florida Zoo and Audubon Center for Birds of Prey. I've also owned many exotic pets like turtles, fish and birds. My passion for animals has caused me to pursue a degree in environmental sciences and biology from the University of Central Florida. I live on a growing homestead that requires me to check in daily on my animals and pets. As long as I can check in on my farm we should be able to continue your normal pet care routine. What you can expect from me: While your dog(s) is in my care I will provide them with the love and attention they deserve and will strive to keep them as close to their normal schedule as possible. As the pet-mom of a Pomeranian with liver issues, I understand how important a consistent diet is for our pets and I promise to continue your dog's usual regimen. I will take your dog on potty breaks/walks as often as you request as I strive to keep to your dogs normal routine. I will send texts/pictures/emails/updates of your pets on request. I will respect your household and will leave everything as you left it. I will check mail, water plants, and care for other kinds of pets (cats, fish, exotics, small pets) at your request.
