About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was nearly 14 years old. I have a cat currently, and have had dogs off and on for most of my life. I am often available on Mondays until 3 pm, Wednesdays until noon, Fridays all day, Saturdays all day, and Sundays all day. I have a lot of time available despite a full time job. I do not offer sitting or boarding, my apologies. However, I do offer walks and drop-ins. Thank you for considering me as someone to care for your kitty or pup!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats for 35 years. I currently have a German Shepherd and a domestic short hair cat. I volunteer at the humane society socializing cats. I am retired and have time and love enough to care for your small dog or cat. I prefer to stay in the northern Virginia area if possible. I’m available for drop in visits or overnights. I walk a lot around my apartment complex, which is very welcoming to dogs. I am also home during the day so your pup is not alone. When you board your dog with me, you can expect he or she would get a walk in the morning, around noon and during the evening with some short outside breaks as needed to do his or her business. If I visit your home, I can walk once a day for about 20-30 minutes.

I will be happy to walk, feed, and water your dog, even brush if required. We travel a lot so adopting our own dog is not feasible. We miss having a dog in the house and will take great care of yours. I believe a home is just a house without a dog!
