About: I've been surrounded by dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, frogs and fish for 35+ years. I've raised, house-trained, walked, entertained and loved a variety of dogs and cats my entire life. I never get tired of these sweet creatures! About: I have a genuine love for animals and I have been pet/house sitting for about 10 years. I have always had pets and been around all different kinds of animals. I just graduated from law school, I started my new job post law school. I do work in an office, but I am able to stop in and make sure your animal is taken care of. About: I have been a kennel attendant since February of 2025 but I have been around animals my whole life I love creating a positive experience for your furry friend. I treat every pet as my own, keeping a safe and consistent routine. I can maintain high-energy pets with active play time enrichment along with maintaining a clean secure environment. I am vigilant in observing pets for any signs of distress. I follow pre-discussed plans, and immediately communicate any issues. About: Hi! My name is Alex and I'm a lifelong animal lover! I’ve had dogs all my life but learned so much more when I started fostering in 2014. Over the years, I’ve raised four dogs of my own, fostered 8 dogs for three different rescue organizations in Kentucky and Ohio, and continue to volunteer with local rescues. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet as an individual—whether they’re energetic puppies, mellow seniors, or anywhere in between. I work second shift during the week and occasional Saturday’s. This gives me time in the morning to work with the pups and get them nice and tired for an afternoon nap! Crate training is an important part of my philosophy with dogs and I try to make sure they’re comfortable and safe. Your pet will stay in a safe, loving home that has a fully fenced back yard for secure outdoor time. I also have spare rooms if your pup needs space and time away from others when in new environment is needed or if they do not do well with stairs. We have three friendly resident dogs: Auggie (12 years old Staffy mix) Sgetti (5 years old husky/shepard mix), and Fern (7 months old rough coat American hunt terrier). I carefully manage interactions to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe, and I will always prioritize your pet’s routine and needs.
