“I want to express my sincere admiration for [your sister-in-law's name] and her incredible ability to care for animals. Her love and respect for every living being is evident in the way she treats each pet with tenderness and patience. She always makes sure they are well cared for and happy, and with her, they always have their energy at its peak. For us, making sure that a pet feels like part of the family is the most important thing. Additionally, her willingness to help me take care of my own animals when I need it is invaluable. Her support has been of great help. Not only is she a dedicated and responsible person, but she is also someone I trust completely. Thank you for being so amazing!”

About: Hi! I’m deaf, I have a new cochlear implant. I can read lips and signs/speak. I’ve been taking care of my neighbor’s cats while they were on their trip! I’ve feed them, played with them. I’ve cleaned the litter box for a year or so. In the past summer, I’ve stayed the nights and feed the dogs and took them for walks, played with them. I’ve experienced with adult cats and adults/senior dogs. I’m going to JCTC in this fall. I’ll be in Louisville for the rest of the semesters. But I’m available for weekdays, weekends, I can stayed the nights one of those days if you planned on going a trip for weeks! I’ll be happily to take care of your pets while you're gone! I have a fenced yard and have two dogs to keep your pet company. I can crate your pet if needed. If something happens, I will let you know and asked what I can do for pets safety. I can take them out for walk or backyard to cool off then give them a treats if they are doing well.
15. Michelle T.
“Michelle came and walked Bucky for the first time today, and you can tell she really cares about animals. He was a bit of a challenge with his pulling but she brought him back happy, and that's the most important part. I appreciate her understanding how he can be and being willing to try her best to get him the walk he needs while being mindful of his tendencies to want to come home as soon as he can..overall I think she did a good job and would definitely recommend her.”
16. Victoria G.

17. Kaycie C.
About: I’m a nurse that graduated from UofL with my BSN and minor in psychology. I don’t have a pet for the first time in my 23 years so I want to help the people in my community take care of theirs. I am very interested in the physical and emotional wellbeing of animals and frequently keep up with new knowledge in their care despite not having one myself. As a nurse, I work 3 days of the week so I am free to do pet care on my days off during the week and potentially weekends. I do not offer services from my home as I live in an apartment. However, I function well in new environments and have developed great problem solving for more complex situations involving your pets so I will be able to easily help your pets in your home and while walking.
18. Nicole G.
“Nicole is an excellent caretaker of cats. She spends time with them to make them feel at ease, always strives to interact and pet them (if the cat wants to be social, of course!) She is not only knowledgeable about cat body language and behavior, but also her background volunteering and working with cat and vet groups means she's picked up basic medical knowledge as well. She's trustworthy and will always show up as scheduled!”
19. Collin S.
“Collin would be a great worker for Rover. He is very dedicated and trust worthy. He is studying to become and a doctor so he is good in tough situations. He is a lover of animals and has grown up with a dog which he took great care of.”
20. Sarah S.
“We have known Sarah for many years. She has always been loving, dependable and trustworthy. Sarah has stayed in our home for a week to care for Teddy, our 7 years old Golden Retriever. She made sure all of Teddy's needs were met including lots of playtime and affection. Teddy adores Sarah as much as we do. We could not have asked for a better dog caregiver. She would text us videos of Teddy while we were away to let us know how well he was doing as we were really missing our fur baby. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I would highly recommend her to anyone.”
