About: I have loved and cared for animals all my life. Most recently I began regularly fostering dogs with LMAS. I have fostered over a dozen dogs of all ages but I specialize with puppies. I focus on house and crate training with puppies and I enjoy multiple daily walks through my neighborhood park. I currently work from home from 9-5 and I am free on weekends. In my spare time I enjoy running and riding my bike. I believe in the more the merrier so if your pup is up to join I'm all for it! My home has a moderately sized fenced in backyard and a screened in patio that is very popular with my foster puppies. I enjoy house and crate training and I have had a lot of success through threshold training. I have a Siberian Husky and a Tabby Cat that get along with each other and they also love making new friends.

About: I own my own dog, who is well trained, along with caring for neighbors dogs, and training. I have puppy sat at my own home for multiple nights. In my free time I watch a lot of dog training videos and love to do animal research. I enjoy cats while I do have limited experience. I am a full time college student however, I have my evenings free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and weekends work great for me as well. I love dog training and I am extremely passionate about animal research, so I love to learn more. I am detail oriented, I have a dog of my own, and I actively pet sit. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs with very different breeds, personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’ve grown up around pit bulls and retrievers and am currently a proud Chiweenie owner. One thing I’ve learned from caring for dogs is that understanding their behavior is just as important as feeding them and taking them for walks. I’ve had experience recognizing when a dog is frightened or overstimulated and giving them the space and reassurance they need. For example, when my childhood dog became overwhelmed after a stressful interaction, I took him somewhere quiet so he could calm down. During thunderstorms and fireworks, when he would tremble with fear, I would bring him somewhere comfortable and stay with him until he settled. I’m also the person at family gatherings who naturally ends up keeping an eye on the dogs—making sure they’re getting enough exercise and attention while also making sure younger kids give them appropriate space and treat them respectfully. I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, bathing, and overnight care. I enjoy both tiring out an energetic dog and providing a calm presence for a nervous one. I’ve also cared for cats and generally find that they warm up to me pretty quickly. Most importantly, I will enjoy taking the time to learn your pet’s individual personality, routines, and boundaries. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me. I am available throughout the day. I wake up early and care for my own dog before 8 AM every day. I can come by whenever is needed or stick around if that is preferred! I start by taking any instruction from you to heart regarding your pet's personality and habits. Outside of that, I generally would like to start by having a joint meeting between me, your furry friend, and their best friend: you! That way, they can establish a level of trust for when I come by on my own. I follow the routine that you would like me to follow while remaining alert to your pet in the present, just like with my own pup.

About: Owned dogs since I was young and I’ve sat for dogs for the last 8+ years. Experience with many different breeds, ages and temperaments. Just a girl with a soft spot for every dog! During weekends I am available all day, everyday and ensure to get multiple walks, potty breaks and playtime dates into the day. During the week I do work but am home every 4-6 hours to ensure potty breaks and exercise. I live in an apartment complex that offers multiple dog runs/parks. I also walk my own dog 3-5 times per day outside in the neighborhood. I am open to crating or freedom around the apartment based on what the dog needs.

About: Hi! My name is Alex and I'm a lifelong animal lover! I’ve had dogs all my life but learned so much more when I started fostering in 2014. Over the years, I’ve raised four dogs of my own, fostered 8 dogs for three different rescue organizations in Kentucky and Ohio, and continue to volunteer with local rescues. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet as an individual—whether they’re energetic puppies, mellow seniors, or anywhere in between. I work second shift during the week and occasional Saturday’s. This gives me time in the morning to work with the pups and get them nice and tired for an afternoon nap! Crate training is an important part of my philosophy with dogs and I try to make sure they’re comfortable and safe. Your pet will stay in a safe, loving home that has a fully fenced back yard for secure outdoor time. I also have spare rooms if your pup needs space and time away from others when in new environment is needed or if they do not do well with stairs. We have three friendly resident dogs: Auggie (12 years old Staffy mix) Sgetti (5 years old husky/shepard mix), and Fern (7 months old rough coat American hunt terrier). I carefully manage interactions to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe, and I will always prioritize your pet’s routine and needs. Whether your pet needs a day of activities, reliable walks, or a cozy and calm home-away-from-home, I’ve got you covered.

About: I am a dog and cat lover. Fine company and sensitive to any pet’s special needs. I am an educated single woman . I am home a lot. I like to sing to dogs too and read them books. I have had two dogs and three cats as pets in my life, but cared for many more than this. I am very sensitive to a pet owner's needs to feel comfortable with the person they choose to care for their family members. Pets are great friends too. Walk both morning and evening. Meet and greets are great ways to see if we can help your dog or cat have a good stay. I am working part-time so I am home for many hours during the week and weekends. I always have time for pets and will give them great care. I have one small gentle cat, Lily, 7 years old. I am also looking after a friends cat at his home. I’ve had pets dropped off or I visit your home . I can also stay overnight.

About: I am a state certified veterinary technician and also someone who has had a love for all animals since I was a kid. I've been helping all animals personally (and then professionally) for years...actually decades! I treat all fur-babies as I would my own. The unconditional love we receive from our pets is something I treasure and never take for granted. Whether young pups and kittens, or senior dogs and cats, I give them all the attention and love they deserve and crave (especially while their parents/owners are away). My schedule is currently wide open, as I have just moved back to Prospect, KY recently and am looking for the right fit in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital. My schedule is quite flexible, so I can work around yours. With my state certified veterinary technician license I am able to do things that others are not. I can also tell you what may be a start of an ear infection or allergies or nothing at all! I enjoy going to dog parks, taking walks, playing fetch (or keep away haha) but also enjoy the quiet calm time while rubbing bellies and brushing hair. Also dog massages for the senior dogs helps tons with their aches and pains and I more than willing to assist. It actually puts them in a calming trance. Cats and I are a sort of soul mate (maybe it’s the name haha) but I have dealt with watching 5 cats at an owners house and 3 of the 5 had special medical needs that I was more than happy to help! They started booking me a year out ahead of time if they could!

Just down the street from me is a beautiful dog park, with lots of space to run, play, and socialize with other dogs! I would be thrilled to provide a comfortable and safe environment for your loved ones, worry free for both you and them, while on vacation. I'm an animal lover and can promise you they'll receive lots of attention, play time, and affection, while you are off enjoying some time to yourself! My current schedule is flexible and allows me time for drop in visits, daily walks and overnight boarding for most of the day and evening. I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I tailor my care to each individual animal. In a client’s home, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy level, or anything else that seems out of the ordinary, and I’ll always communicate with you if I have any concerns. I’m also happy to send photos and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away.
