“Carol was friendly and easy to work with. She was great at communicating about the booking, expectations, etc. My pup requires medication, special food, etc. and I felt great leaving him with Carol. Max came home relaxed and with much better energy/mood than after a boarding facility. 10/10, would work with Carol again!”
