6. Alexandrea V.
“Alexandrea is highly recommended as pet/dog sitter. She loves all pets and enjoys spending time with them. She is very compassionate and animals respond to her and get excited when she enters a room. She has a big heart and goes above and beyond to make pets feel loved. She has watched my dog and two cats several times and they hate to see her leave.”

7. ELICIA N.
About: I have lived my entire life with pets. I have raised puppies, attended obedience training, and have cared for them at end of life. I've had Shih Tzus, Labs, Goldens, Boxers, and currently have an older Beagle/Bulldog who was a rescue. My family has always had a dog of some kind. I am retired from office work and aside from a couple hours in the mornings of self care, I am generally free of daily encumbrances I have been a pet sitter previously when I lived in NY. Both the Stay in the clients home type and just coming to feed and walk type

8. Suzanne G.

“We are so thankful that our first experience using Rover and a dog sitter was with Suzanne. We had never left our dogs with anyone other than family or let someone stay in our home before booking with Suzanne for the first time. She kept us up to date with messages and pictures while we were away and left our home as she found. Most importantly our two dogs well taken care of. We will most certainly be booking with her again.”

9. Alexa C.
“Alexa has taken care of my dogs for several years. She is the most loving and caring person I have ever seen with a pet. She always makes sure their needs are being met. I don't know what we would do without her. My 2 dogs actually wait at the door for her, and cry when she leaves. If your looking for help with your pet there is nobody better!”

10. Emily S.

“Emily is wonderful. Our dogs are getting older and require medication, one requires an insulin shot. Emily handled them seamlessly and with great care. We’re so glad we found her!”

11. Diego R.
“Diego did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Coco! From the start, he was professional, caring, and attentive to all of Coco’s needs. I could tell that Coco felt comfortable and happy in his care. Diego kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter!!”

12. Chris D.

“Chris is awesome! He was so easy to communicate with and you can tell he really loves dogs. I do not trust my dog with anyone outside the family, but I do trust him with Chris for 2 most important reasons. He has health issues and needs medication, and he is a runner. Being a Hound, he can even get away from me! It is very difficult to keep him safe. I trust Chris with him totally. I can rest easy when he is with Chris, and I do not have to worry about him being in a crate all day. Thank You Chris for being there for us!”

13. Kim C.

“Kim was a fantastic dog sitter! She was friendly, reliable, and great with my dog! While I was out of town she stayed at my place with my dog. I never felt like I couldn’t reach her or didn’t know what was going on. She reached out regularly with updates and photos which were greatly appreciated. Thank you Kim!”

14. Carey V.
“Carey has watched our dog, Bear, on a number of occasions and she is our go to if we need help. She is reliable, trustworthy and pet friendly. The clincher is that Bear loves her - dogs know :) I do not hesitate in recommending her.”

15. Kaysha H.
“Our dog LOVES Kaysha! She has watched Leigh Leigh multiple times, and is great at communicating with us when we’re away. She bonded with her quickly, and I never have to worry when she takes care of her. I would recommend her to all! Thanks Kaysha!”

16. Christine K.
“Christine has been my cat sitter for almost 5 years. She just doesn't feed the cats but she genuinely enjoys playing with them and interacting with them. When going away on vacation, I do not have to worry about my cats because I know that she will take great care of them. One of my cats is on prescription food and she makes sure he doesn't eat any other cats' food.”

17. Anica E.

“I almost don't want to leave this review, because Anica is so fabulous I don't want anyone else to snatch her up! Anica is just what you are looking for in a pet sitter...we have two Tibetan spaniel rescues from ARF, one is very friendly and active, while the other one is terribly shy. She managed both of them brilliantly. I will definitely hire her again and again and again...Now I can have a social life! Thank you Anica!”

18. Bernadette B.
“I’ve seen my friend Bernadette work absolute magic with animals. She’s a total natural when it comes to caring for pets of all kinds. Whether it’s taking dogs on walks, playing with them, giving them belly rubs, or just curling up for cuddle time, she does it all with genuine love and patience. She has a great sense of each animal’s personality and always adjusts her approach to make them feel comfortable and happy. Treat time is always fun and structured with her, and she never misses when it comes to routines or special care instructions. The same goes for cats and all indoor pets she’s gentle, attentive, and always makes sure they feel safe and cared for. Bernadette has a calm energy that animals seem to really respond to, and it’s clear how much she enjoys spending time with them. Any pet in her care is not only safe, but also truly loved.”

19. Kira D.

“Kira is a wonder house/dog sitter! During our meet and greet she was thoughtful and considerate. She immediately bonded with our two dogs and they settled down right away. She listened to everything I had to say about their different personalities and was so respectful and attentive the whole time. We will definitely ask her back! Hey”

20. Ruby Sky R.

“Ruby did an excellent job taking care of my 2 dogs, and was very accommodating regarding scheduling on short notice. My friend who was supposed to pet sit fell through, so I was left looking for someone on a Tuesday night for a Friday to Sunday petsit. Ruby responded quickly to my initial questions regarding her availability and set up a meet and greet for Thursday evening. She was very good with our dogs and kept us updated as we asked how things were a few times during the weekend. The pups were very happy and contented when we got back on Sunday. Ruby did a great job and we will definitely be looking to use her in the future. ”
