About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. Because of this I will be able to not only walk dogs in my neighborhood but take them to surrounding parks to walk and play! Along with taking dogs out my home is equipped with cat friendly furniture,scratchers and enrichment.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since high school and bring decades of hands‑on experience with cats and dogs of all sizes. I’ve cared for puppies/kittens, seniors, given diabetes shots, changed diapers, and handled everything from Sheepdogs to Chihuahuas. About: I had three miniature dachshunds until they all eventually passed away from old age. I treated them as if they were children. I am very in tune with an animal’s needs and emotions. Animals that I have never met before, usually take to me right away. When I cared for my father-in-law’s dog for two weeks, he did not want to return home with him….lol. I hate to see any animal suffer or be in danger. I go as far to remove turtles from the road so that they do not get hit and I have tried to save numerous injured birds in the wild. Animals, especially, dogs, provide so much unconditional love. I am a retired law enforcement officer. Thus, I have a lot of availability. I am available Sunday-Saturday 24 hours as long as I am provided at least a short notice. I have a fenced in back yard that I always ensure is securely locked at all times. I would pet proof home ensure no medications or cleaning products, etc are accessible to pets. Also, I would only feed what the owner wanted the pet to be fed.
