He was respectful, he listened to us and our fur baby. I will admit I was nervous for our trip, but I swear my dog had a better time with Scot then we did our vacation! He recognized what our dog liked and spoiled him. I never had bad communication with Scot, he always sent me very detailed notes on how their day went! Even in his notes you could just tell my dogs personality meshed so well with him. He was so honest, so caring so amazing!
