“Rebecca was great!! Consistent and thorough. She was excellent with my cat and I was so happy to know he was well taken care of while I was out of town. I would definitely recommend and use Rebecca again for future pet care needs.”

“Jennifer has watched our pets twice now and has done a phenomenal job each time! Our cat has special needs and she does great making sure he gets the medicine he needs and keeping us updated on him. Jennifer is reliable, trustworthy, and very kind. I’m so grateful we found her as a sitter!”

“Edmy is amazing. Our dogs loved her from the moment she walked in the door to meet them. We were surprised when she sent pictures of our cat visiting her too. She usually hides from guests in our home. Kind, patient, and truly seems to care about your pet. Very good communication as well about her visits. We hope she is always available to check in on our dogs when we are away for the day.”

“Bree did an outstanding job keeping care of our beloved dogs while we were on a trip! She is very professional and she spend a lot of time keeping us properly updated with how our dogs were doing, and she also took incredible pictures to show how much fun they were having! She helped us with puppy training for one of our dogs and she also spend a lot of time playing with both of them on her visits. Definitely a perfect option for dog care and we for sure will be keeping in touch with Bree!”

“Tracy was fantastic. He went above and beyond, doing drop ins for our cats and helped us out with my daughter's turtles too! Kept in contact, answered questions, overall great job.”

“10 stars! Carissa was awesome! She took GREAT care of our 2 dogs for three days so we could go out of town with no worries. Dogs were very happy and content upon our return- Carissa sends updates & photos and even brought in the Fed Ex boxes sitting on our front porch. A++”

About: We are new to Rover, and ready to meet your furry family member! I’ve spent my life around dogs and had the privilege of raising my own from puppyhood to his senior years — 14 amazing years together. While I’m not looking to bring a new dog into my home full-time right now, I still genuinely enjoy being around them. I tailor care to each dog’s needs and personality. Whether your pup is full of energy or prefers a slower pace, I’m happy to match their rhythm — from active walks to quiet downtime. My husband and I work full-time, and we work together to care for your dog during early afternoons through the evenings on weekdays, as well as full days on weekends. We team up to provide consistent, loving attention for your dog. Safety and trust mean a lot to us. Our girls have grown up around dogs and always show so much love and care — they’ll stop every dog we see just to say hi, give hugs, and plenty of belly rubs. We have a fenced yard where dogs can safely play, and no other dogs in our home, so your pup will have plenty of space and attention. We always follow the owner’s instructions to keep up with their usual routine — activity, meals, naps, and all — to make sure your dog feels comfortable and at home. We know dogs need both chill time and playtime, so we make sure there’s plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable, plus lots of chances to get active and use their energy. As a family, we work together to give your dog the best care possible, treating them like one of our own.
About: I, Carter and my mother Mindy, have been pet owners our entire lives. We have experience with young, adult, and senior dogs. Along with experience in administering certain types of medications, and our house is blind dog friendly thanks to indoor gates and a fenced in and safe backyard. We’ve recently lost our last dog and don’t plan to get another animal companion, but we love to help people care for their furry companions temporarily as a way to give back to the same people who did such for us when we were pet owners. Mindy works from home and loves to work outside in her garden, which would mean a lot of outside time for your pet in our fenced in backyard. Carter is around more in the mornings and nights meaning if your animal is a “night owl” they shall still be cared for round the clock. We have a designated area for food and water in our house, along with many toys and bones from throughout the years. We are in a very safe neighborhood with a fenced in backyard and lots of room to run. Any animals living with us will always be treated with kindness and a sense of belonging no matter the duration of their stay!
About: I have been a fur mom and caring for animals since I got my first kitten Buster at age 5 (fun fact my only tattoo is a portrait of him!). I trained my first puppy in 2020 and dug in doing research and taking classes to raise an angel named Daisy (who now lives with her daddy my ex who loves her very much). My beloved blind Shih tzu Conner passed away at 15 and had several medical conditions so I have lots of experience with senior, disabled, and high needs dogs (I’ve learned lots of ways to trick dogs into taking pills lol). I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager and also have experience caring for birds, turtles, lizards, hedgehogs, hamsters, and rabbits. Animals are my love and passion and I will treat your babies as my own. I am a vegetarian because I love all animals too much to ever want to cause harm to them. I value and treat all animals as equals to myself. I have a very flexible and ever hanging schedule. I typically walk dogs/make drop in visits for 3-6 hours a day (from 10-3 usually although I do occasionally do evening visits as well), 2-3 hours a day with family, and the remaining 16+ hours with my overnight care clients. All services will be provided at your home. I have a dog hammock and cat carrier to transport animals if/as needed. I used to clean houses and assure you your home will be equally clean if not cleaner when you return.
“Hannah is the absolute best! She communicates well and goes above and beyond to take great care of my dog every time. I can tell she truly loves Bella! We are always so grateful to have Hannah watch her!”

“Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure Odie had the best time while I was away at work for a week. She was flexible and accommodated last minute changes, she cleaned up after his messes and just did an amazing job. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for Odie and I!”

“Highly recommend! Upon reading the report card from Tonie, a comment was made from another dog owner, "Wow, you got a good rover." I was so nervous leaving my dogs, especially my ailing senior. When my normal dogsitter cancelled last minute, I was very hesitant having a stranger watch my dogs. Tonie did a great job. I actually prefer her over my other sitters.”

About: I’ve had hands-on experience caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. Growing up with my own dog taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and genuine care. Over the years, I’ve handled daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and general supervision. I’m comfortable reading dog behavior, keeping pets safe on walks, and making sure they feel calm, exercised, and cared for. I treat every dog like my own and understand that each one has a unique personality and needs. I am a full time college student looking to make extra money and willing to care for your pets to the best of my ability. I live in a college dorm with no yard. But if needed to take pet back to my dorm I could and am willing to.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, been through training with two of them. Currently have a 3 year old and 11 year old so I get the senior portion and high energy. I’m a hairstylist so it’s very easy to create my own schedule or not work certain days or be able to break away for potty breaks or emergencies I don’t have children so I treat mine like they are. We go on lots of walks, lots of play time and snuggles. I like to stick to schedules as I know it’s good for them to act correctly.
“Melinda was good with the drop-in visits! Super kind and made sure my pet was well taken care of. I really appreciated the updates and pictures after each visit—it gave me peace of mind while I was away. My pet seemed comfortable and happy when I got home. I’d book with Melinda again and feel good knowing my pet is in good hands.”

“Breana was HANDS DOWN the best pet sitter we have EVER had, including when friends and family have helped in the past. I would absolutely hire her again. She was thorough and attentive, and gave us peace of mind while we were gone for over a week.”

About: I have 2 dogs! Goldendoodle (6 months) and Coton De Tulear (10 years). I love dogs and I work well with all types of dogs! I am currently a student, I have classes Monday- Thursday. Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30p-5p. Tuesdays- Thursdays from 9:30a-12p. Please let me know if you have any questions! I always make sure they have gone to the bathroom before I leave, I pay close attention to how the owners feed their pets and I can crate the dog if needed.
“Brittany is so great with our cat and always very responsive and easy to communicate with! She gives great updates after her visits and it's obvious that our cat is very comfortable and happy with her. We are very happy repeat customers.”
