“Remi is a wonderful care taker. After our initial meeting, I knew she was the right person to care for my senior dog. She even visited with my gecko. Remi will be my go-to person for future needs. I strongly recommend her!”

“Melissa was absolutely incredible. She did drop in's for us when I went back to work and I'm so happy we chose her. She was very reliable and communicative during her visits. I'm so appreciative of everything she did for us. Definitely went above and beyond. Our puppy loves her and I would 100% hire her again in the future.”

About: I am a compassionate life long animal lover. I’ve worked in animal hospitals with large boarding facilities, as the lead kennel technician, as well as being a veterinary assistant. I spent my days playing with and caring for other people's animals. I am able to give medications and tend to special needs animals. Though I left my hospital job when I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic, I've chosen to continue to work with animals because it is something that comes naturally to me & I feel that it's important to love what you do. I look forward to meeting new furry friends! I now have a fairly open schedule so I am mostly free to work with new clients to meet their pets needs and keep a consistent routine 💜 I am happy to hang out and get cozy with animals that aren’t up to outside playtime, and I love being outside with those that do have more energy! My parents currently have a puppy and I visit daily to have play time and help wear him out a bit (bc it’s so fun!).

About: I have been a babysitter/petsitter for many years. Generally doing pet sitting for the neighbors when they go out of town. I can provide several references. I also volunteered for the Humane society for over a year. I volunteered for the education program which taught children the proper way to handle animals as well as how to approach them. I worked with bunnies, cats, dogs, Guinea pigs and even a little turtle. I am currently working on saving to go back to school. On my free time you can find me reading a book, or looking for an adventure. I love meeting new friends (animals and humans alike). I am new to Auburn, so any recommendations for places to explore would be much appreciated! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! Fully vaxxed. I usually am up by 7 and like to go for a walk before it gets too warm, always love a companion. Having lived with 7 dogs at one point, makes pet care basically second nature! I will always treat your fur babies as if they were my own. Plenty of play time and love and cuddles... maybe an extra treat here and there 😉

About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

We have both owned pets most of our lives and will love and care for your fur babies while they're in our care. 🐾 🥰❤️ We are both semi-retired nurses, responsible to lovingly care and able to administer various necessary medications to your pet if needed. We also have experience with senior dog care, various breeds and sizes and have owned a few rescue dogs and cats as well. We prefer small and medium breed sizes, but will open our home to big guys depending on the timing and if other dogs are in our care. No aggreasive dogs allowed please. ☺️ When your dogs stay with us you can expect lots of LOVE and PLAYTIME. We have a giant yard and play area and a small stream that our dog loves to romp in and out of! We will take walks, water and potty breaks and supervised play time to keep your fur baby happy and pampered. Our yard is partially fenced but your pets will always be supervised and on leashes while outdoors unless you as owners give permission to take off leashes. We are located in a scenic neighborhood on a closed road, with access to walking trails/dog trails to keep your furbaby well occupied and happy!! ❤️🐶🐾🐶❤️ My husband and I are both semi retired. We will be able to love and care for your furbaby the majority of the time they are in our care and give potty breaks as needed. On Thursdays we care for our 3yr old grandson, so if we care for your pet they must be good with children. We have 5 acres of play space and a one friendly dog of our own to keep your pet happy and occupied. We also have pet beds, bowls, and toys available, or you may bring your own if your pet prefers. :)

“Nicque took very good care of my senior cat. She was able to earn her trust and give her medications. Nicque provided great communication and photos so I knew my cat was taken care of when I was gone overnight. Will be using her again soon:)”

About: I've been taking care of animals for a little over 5 years including my own animals. I have 1 dog and 1 Guinea pig. I used to volunteer for Mollys Militia which was animal foster/adoption center. During my volunteer hours I would make sure the dogs were fed and had water and were always in good condition living their best life. I am currently looking for a at home job to help with the convenience of staying home with my dog and caring for every other animal that would come into my care. I have a fenced yard that my dog loves to run around in. My dog is friendly towards other dogs. He is also neutered and well trained.

Emma F.
“My dog , T, is a member of the family. I never take him to a kennel when I have to travel for work or go away for the weekend. It is important fir him to stay in the environment he knows. Emma has been taking care of him for me for 6 years. She is trustworthy and loves dogs! When I return from trips , T is always happy and relaxed. Emma is terrific!”

Mindi H.
“Mindi is magnificent. My dog Jake recently passed over the rainbow at 17.5 yrs. Mindi took care of him for ten yrs when I would travel. She stayed 24/7 with him at the end. She really monitored his potty and no problems in home. She would give doggy massages, regular play and he loved her. Mindi also sits my cousins dogs 2 teacups. They also adore her both humans and dogs. I can't say enough. Book her.”

Debra & Samuel V.
“I've used Rover multiple times for dog-sitting when I’ve been out of town, but my experience with Sam and Debra was by far the best! From the moment I dropped off my dog, Cooper, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. This sweet couple not only gave him plenty of space to explore outdoors, but they also kept me updated every day with photos and details about how he was doing. What really impressed me was how they stuck to Cooper's routine – daily walks, regular meals, and lots of playtime, which I know kept him feeling comfortable and happy. When I picked him up, he was just as excited to see me as always and looked just as happy and healthy as when I left him. Sometimes it can be stressful for our pets in new environments, but Cooper definitely felt right at home with Sam and Debra. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave him, and I will definitely be booking them again for my next trip. Highly recommend this wonderful couple!”

Dalilah C.
“Dalilah has always been there for me when I needed my dogs watched and she always does a great job. My dogs love her (sometimes more than me it seems). She has this way of always getting along with them and she loves doing it. Overall I would highly recommend her when it comes to peace of mind concerning your pets.”

Anna P.
“Anna house sits for me quite often. I have dogs and horses and a cat. She is wonderful with all of them. She doesn’t just feed and leave in the morning. She stays with dogs almost all day and makes sure everyone is comfortable. She keeps me posted on what is going on. Keeps an eye on any injuries or anything different so she can take care of it. I trust her 100% and would recommend her to anyone. But don’t call her. I want to keep her all to myself!! Sheila in Cool”

Caitlin C.
“Caitlin used to live in my area and would train/walk/watch my dogs for me and she was the best! I was so sad to see her go, and haven't found anyone as good as her since she moved away. She's very connected with dogs and knows how to handle any breed, any level of energy, anything. My dogs are rowdy and she gave me a few tips on how to train them as well, it helped out tremendously. I highly recommend her for anything you need!”

Lindsey A.
“Lindsey, did a good job taking care of my two cats. Communication could have been a little better as far as amount of time it took to get a reply back but other than that everything was good”

My girlfriend and I recently adopted a puppy, and he is who I look to for guidance and when I have questions or concerns. His knowledge and loving personality makes him an excellent dog parent; anyone would be lucky have him dogsit/walk their fur baby.”
