About: I've been around dogs since I was 5 years old. I have walked, played with, fed, cleaned up after them having accidents when they are older or as a puppy. I've cared not only for mine but also friends dogs while they are out of town. We has a puggle for 15 years, which passed away. Looking for a way to be with animals and get that interaction and loving in with your member of the family. That's how all of our animals were that I've had, they are family. Let me help make your time away from your precious family member be much more relaxed by knowing that he or she is being well taken care of. About: Hi, I'm Rebecca! I'm available to do walks, drop ins, or sitting. While I'm fun and relaxed in personality, I take responsibilities towards pets seriously. I care for them as I'd want mine cared for, with the general attitude that they're all someone's baby. I value clear communication on both ends, any helpful instructions from you, and knowing how you like things done. Every pet is different, and your personal requirements and preferences are important. More about me: I've lived with pets my whole life, and started helping with their care as soon as I was old enough. Dogs and cats were my first animals, and I've always loved having a dog for company while enjoying the outdoors and beautiful weather. I've walked and sat for dogs of friends and neighbors, and it's always been an enjoyable experience. I do have some experience with senior dogs, dogs who need medication, and I'm comfortable giving oral or topical meds. Taking care of puppies is also something I enjoy. I just ask for any special needs or training instructions to be clear and detailed so I can give the best care possible. Fun Fact: I actually completed a veterinary assistant certification course in Maryland many years ago. I never ended up with employment relevant to that, but the experience was worth it. The educational clinic hours were great for becoming more comfortable handling different breeds and sizes. I've been helping care for a family member at home, along with our two cats, our older dog, and my three birds. I love getting outside, and have plenty of time to enjoy a walk, or spend time with, a new animal companion. I care for pets according to the client's instructions and preferences. About: I’m a certified veterinary assistant and I currently work as a kennel attendant and pet care employee. I take classes at Reynolds community college and in high school, i was apart of the veterinarian science center. I have experience with all animals including cats, dogs, reptiles, rodents, ferrets, and amphibians. I foster animals and I take pride in what I do. I’m determined to break the stereotype that teens aren’t good workers. I’m not squeamish about poop, vomit, or bugs if you have a reptile in need of a snack! I currently have pets of my own including a bearded dragon, a dog, two rabbits, a hamster, hermit crabs and fish. If you have a dog who pulls on a leash, no need to worry I’m strong, and learned the proper techniques. If you have a cat or dog with separation anxiety, don’t worry. Any animal is welcome to sleep on my bed. Please ask any questions about your specific pets and I’ll be sure to get back to you. I take online classes. I am free all weekdays and weekends. I do work some mornings during the weekend so let me know and i’ll clear my schedule for your pet! If your pet is staying at my house, I’ll be sure to provide the proper care. A meet and greet is required since I have a dog. My dog gets along with anyone but I’d like to see if they’ll be a good match. My family’s always home and your dog will never be alone. As for daily check ins, I’ll check on your pet at home and provide the proper care, including walks. If i’m staying at your house, I’m respectful to other people’s property. I understand what it’s like being away from your pet and I won’t shy away if you have cameras in your home.
