From day one, they made Kika feel completely at home, accepting her as their only pet which was essential, as she’s currently going through a phase where she doesn’t get along with other dogs. Kim & Scott are clearly experienced, relaxed pet owners who genuinely love animals. They took great care of Kika, letting her be herself, and sent us daily photo updates where she always looked comfortable, happy, and at ease. Their home is spacious, with a nice backyard, giving Kika plenty of room to roam and relax. Communication was excellent. They were always accessible and even accommodated an unexpected last-minute extension when we couldn’t return on time. When we picked Kika up, she was her usual self with no signs of stress or behavioral changes, which speaks volumes about the care she received. This was truly a 10/10 experience. Kim & Scott treated Kika like part of their family, and we’ll absolutely be returning to them for all future boarding needs.”
