Doggy Day Care in Attica

About: I grew up on a farm in Texas, where I had at least four dogs and six cats in the house throughout my life. I love pets more than anything! To that extent, I worked in a boarding kennel throughout high school and college before Rover existed. I now have five years of experience with Rover and Wag in multiple cities and states. My experience in boarding kennels and with Rover has allowed me to see and handle a wide range of situations in high-stress environments while having been professionally responsible for the safety and comfort of hundreds of animals. I will always provide compassionate care for your pets, as my goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your time away, just as much as your furry companions do with me. As a PhD student, I have the flexibility to read and write at home, and I enjoy alleviating stress with pet care. Additionally, my husband works from home, so the house almost always has a human or two around :) Pet safety is my number one priority. A close second is providing a comfortable and fun environment. For boarding and daycare, the basement is set up for pups to relax and play, and the house is segmented by gates to secure their safety as well as protect our belongings. I provide crates for separation if necessary, particularly around feeding time or depending on the night routine. Additionally, I have a spacious, fenced backyard (our favorite part of the house!), and I will always supervise pups when outside. I pick up poop immediately and keep an eye on whether curious mouths pick up things. For the extra adventurous pups, I also have a 30ft tie-out cable for additional security. Although I have a cat in the house, she stays exclusively in the primary bedroom, and with many gates and doors in place, the likelihood of the pups encountering her is extremely low. For drop-ins, I assure you that I will follow your directions and leave your home in the same condition as when you left it originally. My reviews can attest to that :)

About: About Us: Hi, We're Weston and Jenny. We enjoy running, being outdoors, and taking care of furry friends. We have experience volunteering at the Humane Society and fostering dogs for local rescue organizations for over two years. My dog, Radley, has played with many different types of dogs through daycare and fostering, so he will be your dog's best friend when he/she visits. We frequently take the dogs to dog parks, go out on walks, and enjoy playing with them in our fenced in backyard. We would be happy to take dogs out on a run if they are familiar/ comfortable with running alongside. **Any activities involving other dogs will be based on your permission** Boarding: I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run around in. My dog. Radley, is kennel trained for overnight stays and I have a designated room for the dogs to sleep in. Dogs are also allowed on the bed/furniture if that is what they are most comfortable with. I am currently working from home, so I am able to watch your dog for most of the day outside of running occasional errands. My house can be gated off in rooms for dogs that require more attention. I have a fenced in backyard, separate kennels, and one friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. There are always plenty of treats and toys around to keep your companion comfortable while you are away.

About: I’m Kim and I’ve taken care of dogs most of my life. My husband and I are dog lovers! Once we could get a dog, we got a puppy. I have experience with puppy training and we are an active family. Currently, I have a seven year old dog as well so we are in a dog routine! I work in education and I currently am off for the summer so I am home most of the time. If I needed to go out I would crate your dog. I have a fenced yard so going out to run and go potty is no problem. Also, I have an adult dog so another dog to keep your dog company. I love to be active so walks are a part of our routine, if needed.

About: I grew up on a horse farm. I always had dogs for most of my life . Except when I lived in an apartment for a short time where I could not have one. My sister and I use to have fake dog shows as kids. It was so much fun. Now I have 2 loveable doggies of my own that i adopted . They love our fenced in backyard and my daughter and I walk them every day as a team.When Taylor was a toddler we would go out and visit grandma and aunt / sister and give chino her dog lots of love and walks. Also in the last 5 years my late moms dog rosie who was also adopted. Dogs are great.

About: We've been pet owners for over 20 years. We take care of them as members of the family. We are expirienced with animals that need extracare providing medications and helping them up and down of places as our dogs had artritis and cancer. We have 3 kids that love playing fetch and are hoping to teach new tricks to your pet. We both work from home so there is someone always with the pets. We do walks during the day and are available to feed and provide medicines 24/7 We feed them, give them a bath, walk with them, play with them, and love cuddles (my wife mostly). About: Our family loves taking care of pets-frequently watching our dog niece, Lenny! Your pet will be in great care and showered with love and attention! I work from home and am available to take your pet outside for frequent breaks. Your dog will be walked daily and played with by three kiddos! We have a large yard and our home has plenty of space for your pet to feel comfortable-whether they like lots of people around or prefer some quiet time!

About: I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager I had my childhood dog for 17 years, so I understand all the needs an older dog might have. I currently have a 5 year old Bichon/Llasa Apso mix who loves other dogs. Any dog coming into my care will always be treated like my own and given the love they deserve. I currently work from home and am a single mom, so day time care is pretty easy to fit into my day. My best days for availability are Wednesday and Thursday. I will also have a smattering of availability on the weekends I have a big fenced in yard and a 5 year old dog named Gus, who will love spending time with your dogs. There are lots of great walking paths around my neighborhood to keep your pet happy and acurve. All pets are allowed on the furniture or in bed at night but I do have crates if that is preferred.

About: We are a family looking to host short term visits and love on puppies so my kids can experience taking care of dogs without the longterm commitment. We are a homeschooling family that have capacity to learn responsibility being supervised and give so much attention to puppies who need a place to stay while you travel! The intention of hosting your family pet is that they will be apart of our family while they stay with us and be loved and taken care of well instead of being kenneled.

Recently, I have been helping friends with their animals when they vacation and am looking to extend my client group to the local area. I am very active so walking dogs is very enjoyable for me. I am free most mornings and nights and have longer breaks during my work day that would allow flexibility for drop ins and walks all week. Dogs who are social & cat-friendly are welcome to play with my own friendly dog & we have 6 acres of open space for well-trained pups to explore off-leash (always under supervision). The dogs who aren’t quite ready for off-leash will simply get to explore while leashed. Indoors, pets have cozy spots to relax & are never left alone for long. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine of feeding, walks, playtime, & any other specific instructions they need. I make sure pets feel comfortable & cared for while you’re away. I love sending regular photo updates so you always know how they’re doing, too!
